Removal of following existing unserviceable steel/wooden components of various MES furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing nailing,welding, glueing, providing hinges,applying putty to level the surface, placing every part in-tact and painting the disturbed portion & painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade with spray gun & apply red oxide primer where ever required after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Top shall be 18 mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated particle board one side laminated in light Wallnut shade or as approved by BSO/GE, duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive. All kind of work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE(Central) including BSO's Furniture Yard at BMC, and office hours only as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Applicable for item Srl No : 1.01 to 16.05).

Chair verandah:- FD-256: Spot arc welding to broken parts/joints of chairs.

Removing the existing unserviceable cane plastic from the chair and Recanning the chair with plastic cane 4 to 6mm wide, white colour and Cream colour, (MAT Pattern),quality as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

S&F best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.

Bed hard : FD/E6/MAP/08(R) :- Taking out existing broken plywood from the bed hard by loosening the nut bolts with washers. S&F of new 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood fixed to bed hard frame with new GI Nut, bolts.

Taking out existing broken head board form bed hard and fixing new head board with 18 mm thick exterior grade pre laminated particle board both side laminated in light walnut shade or shade as approved by BSO/GE with 4mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with new screws.

Taking out existing broken foot board form bed hard and fixing new foot board with 18 mm thick exterior grade pre laminated particle board both side laminated in light walnut shade or shade as approved by BSO/GE with 4mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with new screws.

Repair of steel parts on bed hard, Including remove dents, welding, Making surface smooth with grinding ,Damage parts shall be replaced.

Removing the old torn/damaged tapestry cloth/rexine from the seat of the chair and providing the same with tapestry/rexine over a layer of foam(75mm thick,40 density) as shown on drgs /existing in chair. Colour 7 shade of cloth/Rexine as approved by BSO/GE.

Charpoy GI Pipe with plywood top FD-220:- Taking out existing broken plywood from the Charpoy GI pipe by loosening the nut bolts with washers. S&F of new 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood of size 1980x900x12mm fixed to Charpoy GI Pipe frame with new Nut, bolts and washer.

Taking out old broken end long rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new long rails of GI pipe 32mm bore Med grade duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Taking out old broken end short rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with short rail of GI pipe made out of long rail retrieved vide item s no-10.02 here-in-before duly thread both ends to require size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Taking out old broken end leg from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with legs of GI pipe made out of short rail retrieved vide item S no -10.03 here in before duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

S&F of 2 nos of MS flat iron of size (50x5mm) on long rail parallel to short rail.

Taking out old unserviceable/broken three way elbow from GI pipe by unscrewing and replacing with new three way elbow GI 32 mm bore/dia ISI marked and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/broken GI check nut from the frame by unscrewing and replacing with new check nut GI 32 mm bore/dia as per sample kept in GE office and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Charpoy folding IP with hard top : FD-388(R):- Taking out existing broken plywood from the charpoy folding by loosening the nut bolts with washers. S&F of new 9 mm thick BWR grade plywood fixed to charpoy folding frame.

Stiffener as per drg.

Locker steel:- FD-1029 S& F new 3mm thick Stainless steel hasp & staples including removal of UNSV hasp & staples.

Chair writing officer's:- FD/E6/MAP/12:- S&F new seat made of 12mm thick BWR grade plywood over which 50 mm thick 32 density foam cushion shall be fixed with pvc lipping all round.The foam and plywood shall also be covered with best qualityfabric as approved by BSO/GE irrespective of what is shown on drg.

S&F new back made of 12mm thick BWR grade plywood over which 50 mm thick 32 density foam cushion shall be fixed with pvc lipping all round.The foam and plywood shall also be covered with best quality fabric as approved by BSO/GE irrespective of what is shown on drg.

Table bed side steel :FD/E6/MAP/15( R):- supply & fixing of new top of 18 mm thick exterior grade prelaminated particle board of existing shade/both side laminated with light Wallnut shade or as approved by BSO/GE covered with 4 mm teak wood beading in matching shade, Supply & fixing new handle for cupboard. All steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade after preparition of surface.

Replace old UNSV/rusted telescopic channel for smooth functioning.

Table Computer (FD/E6/MAP/03):- S&F computer table top made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board grade one side natural teak faced including black colour PVC edging all round the top as psecified and shown on drawings including replacement of old one.

S&F key board trey of size 500 x 465mm thick made out of 18mm pre-laminated particle board exterior grade for telescopic channel as per drawing including replacement of old one.

S & F drawer of table computer made out of 18mm prelaminated particle board exterior grade for telescopic channel as per drawing with replacement of old one.

S&F nylon buffers of table computer according to shape and size as per drawing with replacement of old one.

M&L for scrubbing and derusting and applying one coat of primer and over it two coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) for table computer frame incl preparation of surface all as directed.
