NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1.00, 2.00, 3.00 TO 3.07:- 1. The contractor has to submit detail service report for each breaker over-hauled. 2. All the necessary tools and tackles shall be arranged by contractor for the subject work. 3. The contractor has to replace minor spares like spring washers, washers locking pin, circlip, spring, small nut-bolts etc. free of cost. 4. Contractor has to arrange for necessary cleaning agent (petrol, diesel, CRC 2-26 etc.) and lubricating material like grease, oil and lubricating sprays if any, as required for subject work. 5. The servicing / overhauling of breaker is to be carried out at site. However, if any breaker requires to be taken to contractor’s work-shop, then contractor has to arrange transportation of such breakers from site to Work-shop and back to site without extra cost. 6. Major spares required to be replace during servicing will be measured and paid under relevant item as specified in the schedule hereforth. 7. Load break test should done in front of Engineer-in-Charge. 8. All required load bank should be carried by Contactor without extra cost. 9. Servicing work done with prior permission of Engineer-in-Charge as breaker installed inside the hospital. 10. All working executive must performed technical qualification and necessary exprience of work.
