Excavation in ordinary soils, up to 3.00 m depth below GL by Manual means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for structures as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 305 MoRD / 304 MoRTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for constructing structures including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for Structures by manual means.

BLD-CSTN- 2-8 modified in 2021-22 : Filling with HBG stone chips of 2.36mm and below in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

RBR-FNDN-4-I (i) : Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations using HBG 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

BLD-CSTN-3-14-(31)-A: Supply and placing of the M-25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content as per IS code for FOUNDATIONS, PLINTH, PEDESTALS Note : 1) The cement content is adopted as 380Kg/cum for estimating purpose only.The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 380 Kgs/ Cum the difference in cost shall be deducted.

RBR-FNDN-7 : Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) steel bars (Fe 500/500D/550D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126).
