For each particular product quoted, the bidder shall have successfully supplied the concerned product through a single order, meeting the minimum quantity and minimum order value specified below, to any Central/State Government Department or Central/State Government PSU, in last three financial years, 2022-23, 2023-24 or 2024-25. Bidder should upload relevant work order and also work completion certificate as per tender qulification Criteria.

The Bidder Should Be a Company Registered under the Companies Act 1956 / 2013 or Partnership firms registered under the Indian Partnership Act 1932, or Partnership firms registered under Limited Liability Partnerships registered under LPP Act 2008.

OEM should be in the industry for more than 10 years: Supporting Government Documents should be uploaded.

Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF): MAF Issued by OEM to the bidder, for each of quoted items should be submitted.

The Bidder should have an annual turnover of a minimum average of Rs. 800.00 Lakhs in the last three financial years 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25. Turnover Information along with documentary evidence in support shall be furnished. The turnover information shall be furnished with Charted Accountant certificate only.

Service Support Setup Of OEM: The quoted Product OEM should have its own online-dedicated Service Support Center for products quoted along with the toll-free number which is available during working hours and a fully equipped repair and maintenance office in India. Details of the toll-free numbers should be furnished

Direct Presence Of OEM: The quoted Product OEM should have a direct presence in India for quoted products. Documentary evidence to confirm the presence along with Annexure needs documentary to be submitted.

Service Centers of OEM: The OEM should have a service/support centers for each of quoted products covering each district headquarters in Karnataka State and the OEM need to submit list of Service/Support Centers in each of district. Details of Complaint Monitoring Process, Escalation of Matrix and Response time details shall be provided.

Warranty and End of Life (EOL) undertaking by OEM: Quoted products currently should NOT be under End of Life and warranty shall be a minimum of 3 years. Further, respective OEM should give an undertaking to ensure availability of spares for at least for the next 5 years for the product(s) quoted.

For quoting laptop and AIO: Declaring that, for having license or authorization for factory preloading of Microsoft Windows 11 Professional, Microsoft Home and Business 2024 or latest, latest Antivirus in Laptops and AIO.For quoting MFP: Declaring that, OEM has license/authorization for factory preloading of software/firmware installed in quoted Multi-Function MFP

Bidder should have registered office in Karnataka for more than 10 years: Supporting Government Documents should be uploaded.

Company Information shall be furnished.

Product Certificates for quoted products: Quoted products and components must comply with relevant certifications like FCC/ Energy Star/ MIS-STD/ BIS/ EPEAT/ CE/ UL/ ISO 9001/ ISO14001/ ISO27001 or requisite certificates if any to meet the compliance of Government Orders / Circulars / Notifications / LAW.

OEM should have CMMI level-3/ISO 9001 or Higher certification.Copy of relevant certificates in name of OEM is mandatory

The Undertaking by OEM for Border Country Land sharing.

The undertaking by bidders should be uploaded in conformity with Govt. Circular on Border Country Land sharing, not black listed declaration and for other tender terms and conditions as per pro-forma enclosed Annexure

Technical Specifications and Technical Compliance shall be uploaded for all quoted products.

Power Of Attorney for Signing Proposal: On a Stamp Paper of value not less than Rs.500/-

To be submitted in e-Portal by Bidder on Letter Head
