Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated (Earthed) cable laid in trenches/or fixed on pole etc in screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volt grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core Conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II)-1985 Complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. )

Supply and Fixing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specifide and as directed.

Supply and fixing triple pole mechanically operated air break isolator (GOD), Horizontal mounting, rotating type, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from one meter above ground level complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, 50 Hz, with 9 insulator of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of double wound copper step down Transformer of capacity of 125 KVA, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, primary voltage of HT 11000 Volts and secondary LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with frequency 50 c/s. Provided with suitable No of off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within range of +5% to - 10% (in steps of 2.5%), star delta connections with vector group of Dyn 11, Impedance of 4.5% and including first filling of transformer oil as per IS:335 and colour coating with one coat of primer and two coats of BS grey colour. Losses all as per IS:1180 (Level - i) with all standard accessiories required proper functioning of Transformer including RR masonry pedestal of size 1.80x1.50x1.20Mtr (1.00 above GL and 0.20 m below GL) over PCC 1:2:4 foundation of 100 mm thick (above GL) and 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 coping all as specified and as directed and the following: -

Supply & Fix MCCB 415 Volts, 4 pole, adjustable thermal type, 200 Amps, with breaking capacity 26 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB Four Pole , 50 Amp, 415 Volts AC complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB Four Pole , 0-32A Amp, 415 Volts AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with M Sand/Robo Sand and provide required cover after punning down complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: Only Punned thickness after punning will be measured and paid)

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, Type 1 flat of size 300x180x40 mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick protection with common burnt bricks sub class ‘B’ of size 230 x 115 x 75mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix 80mm dia galvanised steel tubes 'light grade', with all fitting and fixtures complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix 40mm dia galvanised steel tubes 'light grade', with all fitting and fixtures ed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable/pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60 centimetre x 60 centimetre x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level, the top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metres below ground level connected to galvanized steel strip of 32 x6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts and washers made out of GI / steel earth wire protected by GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore, 20mm dia medium grade galvanised iron watering pipe perforated at bottom 1.75m long with funnel and wire mesh, common salt and charcoal filling complete and connecting to main switch board / control board all s shown in electrical plate of SSR Part - I connected to earthing test point and including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type C1 by using 20 mm graded aggregate in pit, 75 mm thick reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate cover duly reinforced with 6 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm centre to centre both ways with 12mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe & GI earth lead 7mm dia upto 7.50m length, wire mesh, salt, charcoal complete.
