M&L for Glazed rectfied jointless light coloured group ceramic tiles, PEI Grade-0 of size 300mmx450mm, thickness not less than 6mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic colour tiles joint free 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 over brushing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/sqm etc complete all as speciefied and directed.

M&L for 18 to 22 mm thick Kota stone slab in flooring (Machine cut) of any size laid over and incl 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:3 over neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/sqm over sub base , jointed and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish & dismantling complete all as specified.

S&F for Door eye viewer, viewing angle 180 degree, mounting diameter 14mm, total size 4 x 2.5cm (LxD) with good quality glass eye lens, brass chromium plated fixed in position for door shutters, complete allas specified and directed.

S&F for door seal brush (Aluminium plate with nylon brush) of required length for any size of doors, fixed with stainless steel screw, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Harrison or equivalent.

M&L for Kitchen cabinet/cup board shutter/Partation/Shelves etc in required size at site made out of 18mm thick water proof solid medium density board preleminated both side (approved colour) all required etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and secure as required. All edges shall be covered with 18mm wide x 1mm thick edge bonding taps or 90⁰ edge bent finish as per manufacturers instructions complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for Powder coated Aluminium windows/vents complete all as specified in particular specification and as shown on drawings for various sizes and pattern with following powder coated aluminium sections :-Notes :-A. The rates quoted for powder coated aluminium sections shall be deemed to include the fwg :-(i) Rubber gasket for fixing glass to window/vent shutters.(ii) Fixing of window with and including min 75x10 GI screws all around @ 300 c/c (Min 2 Nos on one side) with PVC RAWL PLUGS/Sleeves.(iii) Rollers, concealed lock cum handle & othe fittings for sliding shutters shall be provided as per manufactures instructions and approved by GE.(iv) Silicone sealant shall be applied on internal as well as external periphery of window and masonry joint to avoid water seepage.(v) All other sundries all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. OTHER (i) No allownace for wastage/overlaps shall be considered for payment.
