(e) GI tubing 40 mm dia of medium grade for spout of 600 mm long for each sunken floor.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100mm thick including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4,type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement as in sunken floors complete all as specified and directed. Notw: water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately

The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of diesel/electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting machines fitted with pump of requisite capacity and the sludge sucked out with super sucker machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. the sludge deposited in the sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanised operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) Manual cleaning operation/ scavenging is prohibited. (c) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand etc.

Desludging of existing manholes of depth upto 2 mtr (vol of MH exc 0.20 cum but not exc 2.88 cum)for liquid, solids and slurry material by mechanical means using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of minimum 5000 ltr and suction tank capacity of 300 ltrs and 260 LPM with minimum 145 bar suction flow of 10200 LPM including skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc removed to outside the MoD land/premises at any distance all as directed by Engr-in-charge including loading, unloading, digging out pit of any size in any type of soil, slurring sludge/stilt/spoil/mud etc into the pit and spraying bleaching power over the entire surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super sucker machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. (c) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. Cleaning of sewer line and removing the blockage by manually with the help of bamboos/rods/pipes including rodding and flushing the water and dispose off the sludge out side the MoD land upto 200 mm dia pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Gully trap, Nahni trap, Floor trap, WC,WHB,Urinal and sink by removing the sludge disposed off from out of defence land by manually or mechanically cleaned with water complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil (Soft/disintegrated) n. exc. 1.5 M wide and n. exc. 1.5 M in depth for foundation for manholes/shafts or sewer line etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan & n. exc. 1.5 M in depth & getting out soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
