Dismantling of windows, sunshade and removal of frames, hinges and fastenings, etc., complete including cost labour, equipments, lead, lift, transportation etc., complete and devaluated to central stores as instructed by the Engineer at site.
Painting two coats of Ready mixed emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat, on Exterior surface with through scrapping and washing the surface removing of dirt algae etc., including necessary plaster of Paris, putty where ever required including all cost of labour, lead, scaffolding etc., complete as per direction Engineer at site. A. One coat white cement and two coats of Exterior emulsion paint.
B. One coat of exterior emulsion paint
Chipping concrete masonry wall and roughing the surface with all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete with compaction and curing as directed by the Engineer at site
Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, water charges, etc., complete.
Providing and fixing of sliding window and window frame bottom 62x31.5mm with 2 track arrangements with top and sides using 62 x31.5mm @ 0.778 kg/m and shutter frame with using shutter lock 40x18mm @0.630 kg/m, Top & bottom40x18mm @0.380 and vertical 40x18 @0.493 kg /m 6mm thick wired glass, window frame, shutter frame, rubber beading, screw, wheels, shutter interlocks to its required position after cleaning of all section including gutter. The rate includes the cost of all labour, accessories, lead, lift, transporting charges etc., complete and as per the instruction of the Engineer at site.
Providing centring for soffits for RCC slabs using CW scantlings, CW planks 40mm thick Casurina props 10-13 cm dia etc., including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
RCC 1:1.5:3, using 12-20mm HBG including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift T&P etc., complete, with compaction and curing as directed by the Engineer at site.
Providing fabricating, placing and tying in position MS / RTS grills for reinforcement in RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending etc., including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
