COMPREHENSIVE MAINT AT LIFT AT 178 MH OTM ACCN SERVICING UNDER GE GANGTOK

Comprehesive maintenance of lifts for day to day routine/periodical maintenance including supply of all consumable lubricants and repair or replacement of all components (spare parts) which may occur due to wear and tear except major parts as specified in notes here in after and paid separetly under relevant items and all as specified in para 16 of section 5 of part 8 of NBC 2016 for electrically operated automatic passenger/goods/ stretcher lift (OEM of lift :- EVS Elevators Pvt Ltd), Speed 0.5 m/s, (2500 Kg) G+3) in 17 Mtn DOU MSS building at Burdang for daily /routine/periodical maintenance as per direction of OEM or their accredited, authorised agencies including daily maintenance necessary of records & documents all as specified here in after.

(vii) The contractor shall provide of skilled/high skilled / mechanic /special engineer/ OEM consaltancy charge required for any fault during currency of contract period and cost of same shall be deem to be included above quoted rate. (viii) The OEM or their accredited/ authorised agencies shall give one time training to all lift operators during currency of contract. (ix) The OEM or their accredited/ authorised agencies shall conduct one safety audit during the currency of the contract for each lift and submit reports to the Engr-in-Charge. (x) That for any break of terms and condition of the MOU by the contractor the OEM shall inform to the AGE. (xi) The material cost of control panel, VVV Driver, ARD, batteries, etc (as mentioned in item nos here-in-after) shall not included in above quoted rate. All others repairs/repalcement required to maintain serviceability and safety of lift shall be deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (xii) Force majure :- Any breakdown in lift caused due to natural calamities, i.e flood, earthquake, fire in building other than fire in lifts etc. shall be outside scope of routine/periodical maintenance. (xiii) The decision of Accepting Officer on exclusion/inclusion in scope of routine/periodical maintenance shall be final and binding. (xiv) List of building along with nos of passenger, name of OEM and nos of floor as mentioned in PS here-in-after, the bidder/tenderer is advised to visit all existing lift at site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quoted there rate accordingly.

(xv) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation. (xvi) The contractor shall contact with the OEM for Maintenance / shall have 10 yeras work experience serving at variour state / central / public sectors repairs (xvii) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of the consumbles and minor parts which are require for smooth maint of lift. (xviii) Defective battries found in maint shall be repalced by the contractor without of any extra cost labour / manpower to the department. (xix) The cost includes attending complaints of lifts and to carry out minor repairing within 24 hrs and major repair will be completed in 06 days failing which a penalty of Rs 100 per hour for minor repair and Rs 1000 per day for major repair will be levied to the contractor. The spares used for the repair will b paid in supply only item and will be measured and paid separately. (xx) Comprehensive maint shall deemed to include to carry out repairs / replacement of worn out / defective all minor parts like as fuses,controller diode, buzer, resistance and necessary spares required to maintain the operation of the lift etc and other spare parts shall be measured and paid under relevant items of sch.

(xxi) Servicing / overhauling the lift at regular / specified intervals including checking of all electrical connections. (xxii) Servicing the motor and gears, bearings with approved make lubricants. (xxiii) Major spare / worn out spares required shall be measured & paid under relevant items. (xxiv) Rate quoted inclusion the cost of attending the complaints/breakdown during the contract period. (xxv) If Lift is non operational more than 24 hours recovery at the rate of Rs 5000 per day shall be charged from contractor.

Supply only safety governor complete with all electrical connection & taking down the unserviceable one for lifts complete all as specified and directed. Testing shall be carried out after carrying out all necessary electrical connction /work for the proper functioning of the lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only door curtain sensor proximity type taking out old unserviceable one complete al, as specified and directed

Supply only brake lining upto 2500kg lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only main contractor for drive complete with all electrical connection and taking down the unserviceable onefor lifts complete all as specified and directed.
