Taking out old unserviceable pressure cut off cut out and replacing the same with new pressure cut out of any type, model, size required and testing for gas leakage etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for servicing compressor motor 30 HP, 3 Phase, 415 Volts 50 Hz by cleaning and greasing, Rewinding,tightening of all loosened parts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 17 (here-in-before) but for motor of capacity 7.5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz of circulating pumps

Material and labour for overhauling of pump of 7.5 HP monoblock pump set including replacement of gland packing, gun metal bush bearing and water seal / gland packing ,rusted unserviceable bolts nuts, etc and testing etc complete all as specified and direted by Engineer-n-Charge.

All as per Sl item No 19 (here-in-before) but for 30 HP capacity.

Overhauling & Vaccumising of complete system of central AC plant capacity 25 TR with vaccum pump, descanning the refrigerent in suitable container with suitable precautions, isolating the reciprocating compressor by removing nuts and blocking plates of suction and discharge valves, opening compressor, removing the crankshaft & checking it , grinding of the crankshaft & for suitable size of bearing , replacement of unserviceable / damaged internal parts reassembling complete and leakage testing with and including nirogen gas arresting the leakage , charging compressor oil and refrigerent gas (R-22), reassembaling the complete system testing and commissioning of the compressor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
