Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (water proof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (water proof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coats of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc.,complete. The putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.
Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).
Underground structures waterproofing with HDPE membrane Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Rafts, Below grade slab, Lift pits, water retaining structures with fully bonded 1.5 mm thick HDPE waterproofing pressure sensitive adhesive membrane over PCC before laying raft concrete having higher puncture resistance of 1000N as per ASTM E 154, confirming to BS 8102 & IS 16471:2017, requirements of UG waterproofing structures. Laying adjacent sheets by keeping overlap of 75mm, end overlaps to be treated using double sided tape. The membrane shall have Tensile strength >25 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation > 500% as per ASTM D 412, Hydrostatic head resistance >70m head of water as per ASTM D 5385, Low Temperature Flexibility: -25 deg C, Peel Adhesion to Concrete >880 N/m as per ASTM D 903 Modified, UV Exposure > 45 Days. The finished cost including surface preparation completely as per specification.
Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of following size and Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)
Paving the floor with Tactile Paver Type of New Tek BT Yellow Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 15mm for Vision Impairment Person laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
EPOXY FLOORING Flooring is of 2mm thick self level epoxy flooring with antistatic and anti microbial property. and Flooring should be shock proof, scratch proof , flame retardant and antimicrobial. The Corners should be uniformly curved. Final Surface should be noncorrosive to biological fluids and detergents. The Color should be uniform, pleasant and matching with ambience . It should be inert to body fluids, chemicals and disinfectants and should not be affected by temperature variation.Flooring installation should be done by skilled workers of accredited agencies authorized by the supplier of Epoxy Material. The corners should not be terminated sharply and concealed cover-former (aluminium) should be used overlapping the wall panel to a height of approx. 25mm and sealed perfectly and uniformly. Self-levelling compounds should be used for this purpose.
VINYL FLOORING WITH SELF LEVELING FOR It should be with 2mm antistatic seamless PVC flooring of Medical grade (Antibacterial) for all OTs. Floor should be smooth, non-slip, impervious material conductive enough to dissipate static electricity but not conductive enough to endanger personnel from electric shock. Electrostatic charge dissipation combat PVC seamless flooring of very high quality should be provided. Thickness not less than 2 mm. Continuous roll should be used and joints should be welded by special PVC thermal welding units using PVC welding bars of same colour The sheets should be highly durable with resistance to shock and indentation. Each hatch box should be equipped with two doors and the door should be operated electrically/motorised / electromechanical interlocking. The hatch should be designed in such a way that only one door should be opened at one time. The UV light should be so installed that it is kept on while both the doors are closed. This UV light has to be automatically turned off in case of opening of either of the doors. Indicators should be provided on both sides of the OT so that door open / close status can be monitored from both sides. Hatch Box material should be SS304 grade.
