Providing pre constructional Anti-termite treatment for the construction of building including cost of chemicals labour as per standard specification, Labour for preparing the area for treatment by spreading chemicals and other incidental charges complete. the rate shall be inclusive of giving anti termite treatment to the building for the following four stages Stage.1.spraying anit-termite treatment chemicals solution for foundation concrete surface laying the foundation concrete bottom and sides of the foundation. Stage.II.. Spraying anti-termite chemical solution to the grade beam level spraying for the grade beams, brick, masonry in superstructure in contact with the back fill earth. Stage.III. Spraying anti-termite treatment, chemicals solution on sand for the flooring before laying the flooring zone, Treatment has to be carried out by making crow bar holes at an interval of 12" to a depth of 8" on the sand filling in basement. Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. MS Channel Section (ISMC 100) shall be provided as a vertical support @1.20m C/C and with Lateral support of Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) & steel pipes of 20mm dia @ required level/spacing etc. complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade using In-situ Concrete batching plant/ Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) adopting weigh batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including Conveyance of concrete from batching plant to Work site, Electricity charges and other works & labour cost involved for concrete production, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (water proof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (water proof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coats of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc.,complete. The putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Underground structures waterproofing with HDPE membrane Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Rafts, Below grade slab, Lift pits, water retaining structures with fully bonded 1.5 mm thick HDPE waterproofing pressure sensitive adhesive membrane over PCC before laying raft concrete having higher puncture resistance of 1000N as per ASTM E 154, confirming to BS 8102 & IS 16471:2017, requirements of UG waterproofing structures. Laying adjacent sheets by keeping overlap of 75mm, end overlaps to be treated using double sided tape. The membrane shall have Tensile strength >25 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation > 500% as per ASTM D 412, Hydrostatic head resistance >70m head of water as per ASTM D 5385, Low Temperature Flexibility: -25 deg C, Peel Adhesion to Concrete >880 N/m as per ASTM D 903 Modified, UV Exposure > 45 Days. The finished cost including surface preparation completely as per specification.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 below 20mm thick with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of following size and Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Paving the floor with Tactile Paver Type of New Tek BT Yellow Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 15mm for Vision Impairment Person laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

EPOXY FLOORING Flooring is of 2mm thick self level epoxy flooring with antistatic and anti microbial property. and Flooring should be shock proof, scratch proof , flame retardant and antimicrobial. The Corners should be uniformly curved. Final Surface should be noncorrosive to biological fluids and detergents. The Color should be uniform, pleasant and matching with ambience . It should be inert to body fluids, chemicals and disinfectants and should not be affected by temperature variation.Flooring installation should be done by skilled workers of accredited agencies authorized by the supplier of Epoxy Material. The corners should not be terminated sharply and concealed cover-former (aluminium) should be used overlapping the wall panel to a height of approx. 25mm and sealed perfectly and uniformly. Self-levelling compounds should be used for this purpose.

VINYL FLOORING WITH SELF LEVELING FOR It should be with 2mm antistatic seamless PVC flooring of Medical grade (Antibacterial) for all OTs. Floor should be smooth, non-slip, impervious material conductive enough to dissipate static electricity but not conductive enough to endanger personnel from electric shock. Electrostatic charge dissipation combat PVC seamless flooring of very high quality should be provided. Thickness not less than 2 mm. Continuous roll should be used and joints should be welded by special PVC thermal welding units using PVC welding bars of same colour The sheets should be highly durable with resistance to shock and indentation. It should be scratchproof also. The conductive material should be uniformly impregnated as grains. It should be inert to body fluids, chemicals and disinfectants. Should not be affected by temperature variation within the OT. The floor should efficiently discharge electric charges up to 2 kV Flooring should be done by skilled workers of accredited agencies authorized by the supplier of PVC sheets. The electrical resistance (point to ground) should be within 2.5x104 to 5x106 ohms. The floor should not allow build up of electrical charge beyond 100 volts due to antistatic effect. The corners should not be terminated sharply and concealed cove- former (aluminium) should be used to overlap the wall panel to a height of approx.25mm and sealed perfectly and uniformly. Self leveling compounds should be used. The conductive copper grid laid underneath the PVC

Providing and fixing of 2mm thick JEOFLOR PREMIUM + vinyl flooring, 100% recycled flexible homogeneous and monolayer in construction and should be manufactured by calendering & pressing process of size in approved pattern, to ensure a dense, smooth surface and non-directional design, color dyed as a raw mixture to ensure even color throughout the thickness and its surface should be densely compacted for improving wear and ease of maintenance with Anti-bacterial and Fungicidal properties. The flooring shall incorporate a specially formulated PUR+ Surface Treatment and increases the durability of the flooring. Dadooing the walls with best quality Glazed Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement and three M-sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be Johnson / Kajaria / Somany / Nitco / RAK /equivalent)which has to be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing and Fixing of PVC Trims (Corner beeding) at the outer corner profiles of the tiles including cost of material, labour and handling etc. as directed by departmental engineers at site of work and as per standard specification.

Cladding the vertical wall surface with best approved quality fine polished granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 10mm thick using cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Providing and fixing Acoustic Wall Panelling (equivalent to Armstrong) in channelled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length of 2400mm or as per required by the Departmental Engineer made of a high density fibre board with minimum 725 kg./m3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade and finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special peforation pattern where the visible surface has a "Helmholtz" fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be "tongue-and-grooved" to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non woven acoustical fleese having NRC of 0.52. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge Installation: Install aluminium box section (provided by others) of section 50mm x 25mm or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600mm centre to centre. Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channelled wood works provided by Armstrong over the lowest and second aluminium section at an on centre distance of 600mm. Place the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the aluminium keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing inside clips into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. Finish off the edges using wooden moulding of matching colour (provided by others). Installation to be carried out by Armstrong Trained Installation Team and installation should be carried out as per Armstrong Recommended Procedure.

PMMA Wall System including Sub-Structure only for OT:The substructure should be build structure with 50 mm thick PUF Panels- tong & groove type joiners. The Components of the sub structural material shall be totally prefabricated from the factory itself and no process like welding; grinding shall be carried out at site. All four corners of the room will have provisions for air duct. The walls and ceiling should be Resistant to heat, light, water, steam, solvents and highly resistant for chemical attack and corrosion. The Joint shall not be visible and should seamless in nature.
