Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design mix) using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm confirming to IS specified grading(to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing/pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the Engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specifications.

Providing Steel Centering for cement concrete block, column, footing, pedestal, plinth beam, grade beam etc., which require nominal strutting etc. using MS sheets10 gauge thick of size 90cmx60cm stiffened with MS angle of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and duly supported and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid, complete complying with standard specification Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is including the cost and conveyance of all material to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Supplying and fabrication of steel required for all RCC works involved in the schedule including cost of steel, cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods, straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills including over lapping to the required length wherever necessary and placing reinforcement in position as specified in the drawing including cost of binding wire provision for space bar cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete of M15 grade (Design mix) using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of nominal maximum size of 40mm Downgraded (60% of 40mm and 40% of 20mm) confirming to IS specified grading (to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing/pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the Engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specifications.

Providing and Laying in position of Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade (design mix) with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of coarse aggregate of 20mm and down grade to I.S specified grading and mixing by mixer machine (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 20N/mm2 at 28 days) including admixture plasticiser/ super plasticiser in recommended propotion as per IS - 9103 and excluding the cost of reinforcement, centring but including dewatering by bailing/pumping where ever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface watering,curing, for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawing as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Fixing PVC pipes of size 75mm dia with ISI Standards (6 kg/cm2) for providing pressure relief holes (weep holes) etc., including all labour charges for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.(at 2m interval)

Supply of NP3 Class RCC Pipe conforming to IS 458/2003 of 0.90m diameter and 2.50m long including cost of pipe as a finished work including all other incidental charges, testing charges including loading, unloading, transport and delivery in good condition at work site and Hoisting and fixing of NP3 Class RCC Pipe and Collars in propers gradient including all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete, as directed by the departmental officers, as per standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing cut stone roughly dressed and set in cement morter 1:2 (one cement and two M.sand) including fixing in position etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of work complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating supplying and fixing the Screw Gearing Shutter of size 0.60 x 0.60m made out of 8mm thick Skin plate covered with a channel ISA 50x50x6mm with 3 nos of horizontal and 3 nos vertical directions, The Groove frame to a height of 2.00 M made out of 75x75x6mm thick MS angle both sides welded face to face with required hold fast arrangements, sill beam of ISMC 100 shutter width plus 0.30m for bearing. The Top channel of 150x75x10mm of length 1.20m. For lift the shutter, screw gearing rod arrangements consists of 63mm dia, 2.00 M long with required threading, Extra heavy type cast Iron head set with bottom plate, Heavy type hexagonal nut made with MS threading to avoid emersion easy operation. The rate includes cost of materials, erecting labour, using heaving machinery, conveyance to site of work, one coat of Red oxide and two coat of anti-corrosive black enamel paint, taxes in force etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers including Conveyance of shutter materials, labour, equipments such as power generators, gas cutting equipments, drilling machines, welding machine, chain pullies etc from workshop to work site and the cost includes the passing old shutter material and its component etc complete complying with technical specifications and as directed by the Departmental officer.

Dewatering the stagnated water using dewatering pump with engine including cost of fuel and labour charges for operator pump etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
