Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from

SURFACE PREPARATION FOR ALL CONCRETE SURFACES

Pressure injecting a premixed fine polymer based
cementitious injection grout, such as SS – WaterStop FC
or equivalent, shall be used to grout the voids, cracks and
joints in RCC slab elements.
Payment will be made on the basis of weight of
prepacked grout consumed & shall include cost of
materials, packers, machinery, labour, scaffolding etc.

Injecting and sealing of cracks in Terrace Slab by injecting
a suitable moisture tolerant PU Injection system by

equivalanet.[if load bearing capacity is to be enhanced]
[Supplied by Assess Build Chem] using an approved
mechanical pump.
Application including drilling holes of 12 mm diameter for
a depth of 30mm to 50mm along the crack at specified
spacing and cleaning the hole with compressed air and
inserting PVC nipples into pre-drilled holes and sealing the
joint peripherally with epoxy putty and removing the
same after grouting.

Injecting the resin into the crack, curing, removing the
packers and sealing the hole with epoxy putty, as
specified and staging / scaffolding etc. complete.

The tape should be composed of polypropylene non-
woven fabric sandwiching and an ageing resistant
thermoplastic elastomeric fabric. The flashing tape should
be resistant to chemicals such as 3% HCl, 35% H2
Citric Acid, Lactic Acid, KOH [3%, 20%], Na Hypochlorite,
Salt Water [2%]. The tape should be resistant to water
pressure > 1.5 bar. The flashing tape should be
overlapped by 5 cm at joints.

The tape should be composed of a flexible polyolefin
material. The flashing tape should be resistant to
chemicals such as 3% HCl, 35% H2SO4, Citric Acid, Lactic
Acid, KOH [3%, 20%], Na Hypochlorite, Saltwater [2%].
The tape should have an elongation > 600% in either
direction, a shore A hardness > 85, and UV Resistance.
The tape should be resistant to water pressure > 4.0 bar.
The flashing tape should be overlapped by 5 cm at joints.
The expansion joint tape shall be applied to all horizontal
and vertical expansion joints by adhering it using a
Solvent free, Universal Epoxy Bonding Compound, such as
SS – StructoBond EP or equivalent. Rate includes
materials, applications and tools and tackles.
WATERPROOFING OF PREPARED TERRACE WALLS AND
FLOOR AREAS

Providing and applying a One Component, Elastomeric,
Ready to Use, Membrane Forming Polyurethane
Waterproof Coating for Roofs, Walls, Slabs or Masonry
such as SS – FlexProof PU or equivalent , over the
prepared terrace slabs. Sprinkle sand over second coat,
when wet to provide mechanical key for plaster. The
material should meet the following minimum criteria:
