Excavation in drain & channels upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work,jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water , blasting soft /hard rocks or chiesling soft / hard rock were blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of side , levelling of bed to correct grade i/c shoring / strutting , planking , timbring and dewatering where ever required , stacking the usable and un-useable material / soil seperately and after lyaing jointing and testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm.layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watrering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil / un-useable materials as directed with in all leads and lifts including restoration un metalled/metalled paved surfaces to its original conditions & including cost of diversion for traffic , night signals , fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for acess to houses , fencing etc complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing , laying , jointing & testing in trenches , MSERW pipe 250 mm dia electric resistance welded steel flanged pipe having rendom lenght of 4 to 7 mtrs i/c cost of bends confirming to IS:1978-1982 steel grade YST -210 standard pipe should be hydraulically tested at manufacture work. including MS flanges duly welded on both faces to make the joint leak proof and capable to with stand the required bydraulic pressure. The flanges should confirm to IS: 6392-1971 including required No. and size of MS nuts, bolts, gaskets not less than 3mm thick confirming to IS: 5822-1994 ( earth work to be measured and paid for seperately ) The pipe shall have outside / inside with galvenised zinc coating .
