Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a prefabricated Security Watch Tower (Frangible Hut), fabricated up to a height of 2100 mm above ground level with 600 mm below ground level, fixed with proper RCC and PCC foundation. The structure includes an upper square platform measuring 3400 mm x 3400 mm, fitted with an FRP chequered plate supported by ISMB and C-channel. The Security hut has outer dimensions of 2000 mm x 2000 mm, central height of 2700 mm and a sidewall height of 2600 mm. All around the hut, there is a minimum 700 mm wide free space for movement, equipped with safety railings and the roof shall be to cover all around maneuvering area. Also a staircase with a height of 2200 mm, having a steps width of 600 mm x 300mm, with an inclination of 45°. The staircase steps are covered with chequered plates and are securely fixed to the hut gallery. The huts having three aluminum windows (size 1200 mm x 900 mm) on three sides and a door measuring 900 mm (W) x 2100 mm (H) with half-transparent glass and a locking facility, designed as per site-specific requirements. The structure is constructed using 50 mm thick sandwich panels with 2 mm thick FRP/GRP sheets on the outer sides and a PU foam core of 40 kg/m³ density. The exterior wall, ISMB, C-channel, railings etc. shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint or any suitable paint in chequred pattern of required size as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope of work also includes design preparation, vetting by a Government Engineering College, fabrication, transportation, and commissioning at the specified site. The hut will be installed on a cement concrete platform, which will be paid separately. All dimensions mentioned are approximate, and the vendor is required to submit detailed engineering drawings for approval by the Engineer-in-Charge before starting the work. The project will be executed as per the approved drawings and tender specifications.

The structure features two side walls measuring 2300 mm in height, with the roof projecting 300 mm beyond the outer walls. The hut is constructed using 50 mm thick sandwich panels comprising 2 mm thick FRP/GRP sheets on the outer sides and a core of PU foam with a density of 40 kg/m³. It includes door measuring 750 mm (width) x 1800 mm (height) with a locking arrangement, as well as three aluminum windows (600 mm x 600 mm) on three sides, designed in accordance with manufacturer specifications etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope of work includes design preparation, vetting by a Government Engineering College, fabrication, transportation, and commissioning at the designated site. The hut will be installed over a cement concrete platform, which will be paid separately. The exterior wall shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint or any suitable paint in chequred pattern of required size as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
