Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per techanical specification clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base by proving close graded material,spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete asper clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63mm Sukrut stone ballast to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type-B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm Sukrut Stone ballast size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type-B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm and 11.2mm dalla aggregate either using 80/100 penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @1.46kg per sqm. To required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base,including mixing by mixol,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity.as per technical specification clause 508.(Including cost of bitumen).

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material from borrow pits with all lift and leads, transporting to site, sreading ,greading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of tabe 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per technical specification clause 303.1

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in soil mixed with moorum including 1.50 Metre lift & 30 Metre lead. Excavation should be done in regular pits and slope all labour, T & P required for proper completion of work.
