Cleaning of manhole by taking out sludge in semi liquid/solid stage from inside of man hole of depth not exceeding 1.50 Metre and removing the sludge to distance not exceeding 50 Metre and deposited in trenches, sprinking bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth to a thickness not less than 30cm including all earth work returning filling removal of surplus soil and necessary temporary bamboo barricades to a distance n exc 250m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Serial No 1 here-in-above but Exceeding 1.5 M and not exc. 3 M complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of 150mm dia SWG sewage pipe line including manholes after removing the cover (Cast Iron or RCC covers) and placing the same after cleaning the manholes/sewage line complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of 100mm dia SWG sewage pipe line including manholes after removing the cover (Cast Iron or RCC covers) and placing the same after cleaning the manholes/sewage line complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation/sewage line and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well rammings in layers nexc. 25 cum complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil of distance not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SWG /salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete pipes set in cement mortor for 150mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 here in above for 100 mm dia bore pipe.

Material and labour for Salt glased stone ware drain pipe 150 mm dia grade A laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 here in above for 100 mm dia bore pipe

Material and labour for providing plain cement concerete (1:3:6) type C-2 as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes of bore 150 mm on after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 above but for 100 mm dia bore pipe

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type 'B-1' using (20 mm graded crush stone aggregate) as in cover slabs of manholes and similar location including necessary form work and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: SAIL/TATA

Demolition of brick work in cement mortar incl all quions, arches,pillers etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr means radius built in cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 clear span cills , steps and other similar works, bands plinth courses , parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping . Complete including weathering, slightly rouded or chamfered all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement morter (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of PVC drain pipe of any size including all fittings head,shoes, bend and crowl set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC connection 15mm dia 450 mm long with brass check nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) EWC with 'P' or 'S' Traps FRONT OR BACK INLET AND FOOT Rest ,any pattern including PVC seat cover (Excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) complete including provision of lime concrete complete all as specified and directed. Taking down floor and wall tiling including cement mortat bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including recting out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300mm x 200mm, 7mm thick over 10 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for 100mm thick of PCC 1:3:6 type B2 using 40mm graded aggregates as in hardstanding finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of soakage well 1.8m inner dia and 3.0 m deep complete all as per TD drawings and as specified.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 15 mm bore steel water tubes, medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls/ceilings or laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
