Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position including racking out joints making key scrubbing down with water etc incl removing of the demolished materials to outside the MD land.

M&L for 20 mm thick plastering in two coats 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified including scaffolding, Safety net etc all complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- work to be carried out upto G+14th floor & WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved make as per ISI.

M&L plastering in (CM 1:6) 15mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L plastering in CM (1:3), 5mm thick finished even and smooth for ceiling complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Prepration of new plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices and applying two coat oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including prepration of surface complete all as specified and direceted.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based exterior paint over a coat of primer & bio wash on walls incl necessary scaffolding complete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Prepration of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down or steel brushing scraping down smoke roots, molds, moss and efforescence salts, trading oil greasy spots etc and applying one coat oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and direceted.

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including washing and applying two coat of Acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer including necessary scaffolding, Safety net etc all complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- work to be carried out upto G+14th floor)

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description not other wise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letter or figures size as per existing numbering of the building (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S & F in repairs Aluminium wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm, cut to required size and fixed to doors,windows shutter (wooden/aluminium), with wooden beading (any size)or aluminium wire staples and removing old beading, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium serrated finish 20mm dia curtain rod of approved pattern and shade with all fittings as per site requirement such as end block, rounded block, brackets, CP screws, rovel plug, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for powder coated aluminium end block, rounded block & brackets fixed in repairs for curtain rod complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 6 to 7mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not excceding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in epoxy mortar and pointed in white of coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M & L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7mm on vertical surfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment over 12mm thick rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Demoliton of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

M & L Factory Made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade including minimum 25 mm thick sand cushning complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as coping,road side interlocking ,stops including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over 20mm thick screed bed or beddingin cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as directed .

M &L 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over 12mm thick rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :-For Item No 01 to 27 work to be carried out upto and including G+14th floor).
