12 mm thick 1:5 plaster with Cement and coarse sand over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 3/8" (10 mm) thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc .required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I.No. 584 (i)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. DSR 13.26

Distemper two coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand manufacture and required shade on decoreted wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of british, shalimar, asian paints after throughly brushing surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even also sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials. Finishing walls with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on work with two coats to give an even shade, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. SOR 660

Apply priming coat over new steel and other metal surface after and including preparing the surface throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes ,fine steel /wood scrappers sand papering and knotting including cost of all materials, labour abd T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. Painting two coat over priming coat(but excluding cost of priming coat) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel standard make brushing to give an even shade and finish and includjng cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stripping including cost of all materials ,labour ,T&P etc required for the proper completion of the work. Supply and fixing of flush Doors commercial quality conforming to I.S. 2202 Part I (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges bolts locks handles springs fitting with necessary screws to be supplied departmentally. (32 mm thick) SOR 470

Supply & fixing 6 mm (1/4") China white glazed in flooring or skirting dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required fo proper completion of the work. SOR 628

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. DSR 11.41

Mild steel or iron work of small size and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie roads, gratings etc. wrought to required form, including of supply of steel, bolts, nuts and wastage etc. and its fixing required for proper completion of work but of fabrication of door and window frame including cost of hinges. SOR 502(b)

Providing and fixing controlled flush, low level cistern made of vitreous china with all fittings complete. 10 litre (full flush) capacity-White. As per DSR 17.19.1
