Dismantling and taking down carefully the defective street light /security light fitting of any description / type (HPSV/HPMV/MH/LED/FTL/T5 fitting etc) and servicing/cleaning checking connections including M & L for PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded twin core 1.5 sqmm cable from connector block to choke and choke to lamp holder , approximately 0.30m length ,and reassembling ,and 2.5 sqmm twin core service wire from connector to junction box or OH conductor and refixing at its original location , including reconnections and testing / commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Choke, lamp and ignitor shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply only VPIT ballast, heavy duty copper wound, suitable for HPSV/MH lamp 150 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only VPIT ballast, heavy duty copper wound, suitable for HPSV/MH lamp 250 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MH Lamp SE tubular Single ended of capacity 150 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MH Lamp tubular Single ended of capacity 250 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ignitor SP 230 V, 50 HZ suitable for 150 watt to 400 watt HPSV fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED driver of 40/60/70 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED driver of 100 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully the defective High mast light fittings by mechanically/ manually and removing the unserviceable choke, MH Lamp tubular type any wattage and ignitor and repair/ replace it by new items and servicing/cleaning checking connections including M & L for PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded twin core 2.5 sqmm cable from connector block to choke and choke to lamp holder, approximately 0.30m length, and reassembling, and refixing at its original location, including reconnections and testing/commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Choke, lamp and ignitor shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension GI wire, one twin core cable flat or circular with size 4 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension GI wire, one twin core cable flat or circular with size 6 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of Street light poles tubular type 9 mtr long in two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide as primer including writing of pole nos all as directed in Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old/unserviceable UG cable of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying in trenches or drawn through pipe or fixed on wall / poles, LT UG cable 1100 Volts, heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wired armoured with aluminium conductor of following size:-

(a) 10 sqmm 2 core

(b) 16 sqmm 4 core

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading and levelling, water and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying of Sub-Class B Brick, well burnt laid breath-wise along the length of cable laid in Trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling, well ramming completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubes, galvanized, light grade, ISI marked 50mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall completed all as specified and directed.

Cutting bituminous road/path for passing of electrical cable through GI pipes and making good to the cut surfaces by concreting with PCC 1:3:6 to match with the adjacent surfaces complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs junction box out door type of 1.6 mm MS sheet with hinged door and locking arrangement painted with aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer comprising of 4 way, 20 Amp capacity connector 1 No and MCB SP 2 to 6 Amps 1 No completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of LED flood light Luminaries 100 watt with pressure die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistance toughened glass & IP 65 protection, fixed with existing GI Bracket/Clamp, Nut, Bolt and washer, connection with 1.5 sqmm 3 run copper wire from junction box all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of LED street light on street light pole of capacity 60 watts energy saving environmental friendly long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP 66 suitable for general purpose lightening, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for servicing of 320 KVA DG Set with replacement of engine oil/lubricant, coolant, Oil Filter element, Fuel filter element, fuel flexible pipe, V belt for water pump and alternator, air filter element, etc. complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Engine oil, coolant and Spares to be measured and paid under respective items here in after and necessary servicing should be done after an interval of running 500 Hrs or six months which will be earlier. (ii) spare parts shall be of OEM or equivalent in approved make.

M & L for repair/rewinding of Battery charging Alternator Heavy duty 24 volt with super enamelled/ paper coated copper wire of existing gauge including all connected insulating material such as separator etc, varnishing, replacement of carbon bushes including disconnection/dismantling of electrical connections, foundation bolts, pulling out and reinsulation of burnt out winding after rewinding work including re-assembling and testing complete all as directed.

Engine mounting for DG set of any capacity with complete Nuts bolts washer etc complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair hinges of doors of DG set of any capacity including welding of defective portion and provision of fixing of new MS hinges of suitable size for hanging of door complete all as directed by Engr-in -charge.

Labour only for rewiring of DG control panel of any capacity with 10 sqmm, 6 sqmm, 4sqmm, 1.5 sqmm copper wire with proper size of lugs /socket/clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 4 Pole Power Contactors, Type MCX 44, 2 NO + 2 NC, complete all as directed by Engr-in -charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of 4 Pole Power Contactors, Type MCX 12, complete all as directed by Engr-in -charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of battery 12 volt, 150 AH complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of battery 12 volt, 90 AH complete all as directed.

Supply only Engine oil 15W40 to top up/ refilling of all DG set of various capacity, model & location here-in-before as per the direction of Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Coolant suitable for DG set complete all as directed.

M & L for rewinding of Stator/Rotor coil of alternator/Rectifier Coil Unit of DG set with super enamelled/ paper coated copper wire of existing gauge including all connected insulating material such as separator etc, varnishing, replacement of carbon bushes including disconnection/dismantling of electrical connections, foundation bolts, pulling out of rotor with proper care and reinsulation of burnt out rotor/stator after rewinding work including re-assembling and testing complete all as directed. Note:- Lifting of Alternator by Recovery and transportation to workshop is inclusive in item rate quoted

Labour only for repair of self starter 24 volt ,dismantling from DG set of Cap 100 to 320 KVA and shifting to workshop and back for and including carrying out following repair works complete all as directed. Note:- Spares to be measured and paid under respective items here in after.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI strip 25 x 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3, including exc & earth work in any type of soil, disposal of soil, providing alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, construction of pcc earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 15mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- (i) Main earth lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Taking down old unserviceable dilapidated chemical earthing are included in quoted rate.
