Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats of frames exc 1.50 sqm but n. exc 4.0 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified and directed.

Taking down door shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm & n.exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (Reinforcement cut as required to facilatate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any thickness of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement.including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Ditto- but in vertical surface as skirting, dado and risers to steps over and including10 mm thick rendering/backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 etc.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface area of each tile 0.06 to 0.15 Sqm each, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and finished rough, complete including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises all as specified & directed.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick pre-polished machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid over cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including molding the edge of slab and dismantling of old kota stone slabs including molding the edge complete all as specified and as directed.
