Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in sunken floor and roof , removal & rubbish off premises exc 500m but n exc 1.5 KM complete all as specified

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement (Note: Water Proofing compound will be measured and paid separately ) as in sunken floor, including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified

M&L PCC 1:5:10, type E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken floor filling complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applied, non toxic , VOC complaint ) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same materials after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same materials as per manufacturer specification and as directed by GE /Engr -in Charge. Make : Bostik, Berger ,Fosroc ,Sika ,Asian or any other make approved by E-in-C's for PU Based water proofing treatment.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 30 mm avg thickness as in padding concrete for levelling etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick over roof concrete surface in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Cutting V grooves 15mm X 15mm in existing roof or terrace and cleaning out and filling /making good with epoxy based compound NITOMARTAR PE of FOSROC chemicals or equivalent as per directions of manufacturer complete.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (Weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) laid on primed surfaces by forced application incl bituminous primer confirming ot IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm and applying aluminium paint @ 100 ml/Sqm including taking down old APP membrane complete all as specified and directed. Four course of roof treatment consist of as under :- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm (b) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles joint free 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces for wall tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick as in dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles with joint free including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Providing skilled tradesmen (Plumber ) to the concerned JE at 09:00 hrs on every working day except sundays and holidays as under on monthly basis for attending and completing the complaint on same day before working hours with tools and plants for repairs to plumbing work etc in the area of AGE B/R II complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge : Pulmber (Skilled ) : 1 Timings 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs with half an hour lunch break . Note : The quoted rate shall be included providing safety gadgets to the deployed worker as per govt norms and holidays as per labour laws in vougue . Minimum fair wages shall be maintained any dispute in this regard the principal employers decision wil be final and binding.

Taking down or up steel tubing and connections and removing to store yard of size 15mm bore.
