Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and M&L for applying by providing evenly a priming/tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) at as a primer 2.50Kg Per 10 Sqm over the black top surface etc complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or as per site requirement) with paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 as binder with 4% by weight of total mix, laid using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi- dense asphaltic concrete(SDAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content of total mix using paving Bitumen VG-30 grade in mechanical and hot mix plant and pre-mixed matetrials laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to the required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 ton power roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as soecified and as directed.

Preparation of black bituminous road surface and applying one coat of thermo plastic road marking paint minimum 2mm thick with reflectorizing glass beads at 250 to 300 grams/sqm applied as per IRC:35 in lines, arrow, dashes & letters not exceeding 15cm in width with an applicator machine and heated mixer with stirring mechanism as required temperature as per manufacture instruction laid uniformly and finishing the surface as directed to a true level all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Cat eye /road studs of size 130mmx127mmx75mm having tough poly carbonite micro reflected corner cube refliector lenses with a protective abrassion resistance ceramor coating having body of weather proof and impact resistant thermoplastic fixed on road for roadway sign complete all as specified as per manufacturers instruction and directed by Engr-in-Charge make : 3M with double shank or equvilent as approved by GE.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above GL) and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, disposal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete M-35 interlocking coloured paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified asd as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

S&F in repair ABS plastic speed bumb/speed breaker in parabolic convex shape and of size 730mmx245mmx70mm made out of stardy plastic highly resistance to sever traffic impacts and harsh weather condition, dovetail interlocking sub units, jointed and fixed to make the bub perfectly uniform, bump made out of precoloured material (black/yellow) and UV stablizers to keeep them perfectly colourful, studded with reflectors on either side to make it clearly visible to motorists during night hours complete all as specified and directed.
