M & L for sub main wiring (concealed) complete with Two single core 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 25 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit and conduit accessories including one single run of 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note – 2 Nos of single core cable along with earth wire and PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Design, Supply , Installation, testing and commissioning of air cooled variable refrigerant flow ( VRF ) modular type condensing units, each comprising of all inverter driven scroll compressors , the out door shall be full charge of green refrigerant gas (R-410a/R-407), lubricating oil and all accessories as per the specifications.The system shall have refrigerant cooled PCB , all necessary safety devices shall be provided to ensure safe operation of the system, unit should be equiped with a highly efficient oil seperation system to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping . The condensing units shall be suitable to work upto 53°C on cooling mode ONLY. Quoted price shall be inclusive of factory provided anti corrosion coating for aircooled condensers. The condensing units shall be suitable for smooth operation on 415 ± 10% volts, 50Hz, 3 phase AC power supply, Minimum COP should be 3.4 at 100 % load and 6.86 at 50% load condition for cooling in standard AHRI test condition, outdoor unit system should not have any duration in cooling capacity upto 39°C ambient temperature complete with mounting arrangement as per manufactuer standards and the condensing units shall be VRF Outdoor unit 22 HP capacity. Note: The cost deemed to inclusive of preparation of schematic layout of copper pipe line & cables from Outdoor unit to Indoor Unit as per site condition complete all as specified and directed. The indoor unit Hi-wall with evaporator coil,fan with motor, drain pump shall be suitable to work on cooling mode.The indoor units shall be suitable for operation on 220 ±6% /415± 10% volts, 50Hz, 3 phase AC power supply.The indoor units shall be of following capacities. Including copper piping for supply and return line, insulation, cable tray, drain piping, communication cable of suitable size for indoor and outdoor unit and gas charging as required for sufficient cooling upto 16°C etc, complete necessary civil work i.e. making holes in wall, making good to disturbed surface to match with existing all as required as per site ( hanger bldg ( G+4 ) located inside Airport Area) requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fixing, connecting and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminum conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 25 Sq mm 4 Core including necessary saddles to fix in wall/floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB with fixed thermal & magnetic release of breaking capacity 30 kA, 415 Volts, 63 Amps 4 poles along with enclosure near ODU unit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB, 415 Volt 63 A TPN, of breaking capacity 10KA to be fixed at existing Bldg Panel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade upto 1.5 mtr below ground level for protection pipe ,excavation and earth work charcoal dust, common salt PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20 mm stone aggregate for chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type BI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, round ,PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in Plate no 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Cost of earthing strip & GI pipe 25mm up to 7.5 m shall be included in cost of above item.

S&F GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm complete laid in trenches / ducts / wall fixed on with proper insulating material (in extn of earthings) complete all as specified and directed.
