Repair of existing MBBR technology based 70KLD STP by vacating, cleaning all metallic, non metallic, civil tanks, internal epoxy painting of all MS tanks, repair and servicing of unserviceable pumps, motors, blowers, checking repair of electrical control panel, supply replacement of sand media, activated carbon media, MBBR media, tube settler media, softner resin, bio-culture, nutrient-DAP, nutrient-UREA, jaggery, hypo solution dosing, dosing pump, dosing tank, 1.5 inch MPV valves including UPVC pipes, valves of suitable size if required, fitting materials, miscellaneous accessories, transportation, loading, unloading, labor charge, expert workmanship, testing commissioning etc. complete as required as per special conditions of contract, site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge to make the STP completely functional and to achieve outlet water parameters as per MPCB guidelines. Details of tanks, electrical equipment are mentioned in the tender document however site visit may be required for further clarifications.
All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract (AICMC) after recommissioning of 70KLD MBBR technology based STP to maintain the outlet water quality of the plant as per MPCB guidelines. It includes maintaining logbook, registers, monthly outlet water testing from Govt. lab or NABL accredited lab and submission of test report, liaisoning with MPCB, repair/replacement of defective /damaged /unserviceable electrical, mechanical, civil components, painting with nomenclatures if required, removal/disposal of sludge, malba, stagnated water as per statutory guidelines, chlorine dosing, regeneration of softner, adding nutrients, jaggery, replacement of media, Bio-culture, filters, resin, day-to-day cleaning, upkeepment of site etc. complete as required as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge. Operation of 70KLD STP by delpoying 01 no. skilled and 01 no. unskilled staffs on daily basis ( excluding Sunday) as per Specical condition of contract.
