M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick wall with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hackisng for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete .

-Ditto- all as per Srl item No. 5 here-in-before, but 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even using integral waterproofing compound (supply only of W P C shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant paint & inculding 1mm thick wall care putty on wall compelete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 8 here-in-before, but on ceiling.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) complete.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust compelete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 as in sub base for pavement, path, floor compelete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in fdn including watering and consolidation as in bedding layers for laying tiles.

M&L for factory made Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size confriming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness coloured chemically treated PCC (ISI Marked ) M-35 grade of desgin & pattern approved by GE as in footpath and filling of joints with Narmada fine sand complete all speciified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in panels n exc 3 mtr long and joints shall be filled with the mixture of bitumen and sand in (1:3) by weight, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete.

M & L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces for receiving of tiles using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles coloured digital with highlighter and approved design and pattern by G E of size 450x300 x 7mm thick on walls etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colours cement to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and directed
