Annual Maintenance works of different kinds at I.A. Unnao, Site-1 Distt-Unnao

Cleaning Jungle including uprouting of trunk vegetation grass, bush, wood, tries & saplings of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 meters above grund level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters out side the periphery of area cleared.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil

Desilting of Drains in or under foul condition , loame , clay or sand including lift upto 1.5M & lead 30M including disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30M. and inciuding all labours T&Ps etc. :-

Cartege of Ballast, Kankar,coal,grit or sand etc.including loading and unloading but excluding stacking on pucca road(5 Km).

Class-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modulous motar in fondation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work

12 mm thick Plaster with cement motar in proportion of 1:2 cement and coarse sand.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in the super-structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick, but for wall of one brick thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1;4:8 (1 Cement, 4 coarse sand, 8 graded stone ballast 40mm nominal size) including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete.also including cost of form work in foundation and floors.

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G.I. barbed wire.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in RCC T beam and slab roofs and RCC cloumns excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.
