The quantities given here under are tentative. They can vary on either side upto any extant,the contractor shall have no claim on account of changes and shall be paid of the quantities as physically met at site reach of work for complete work.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all type of strata including disposal with all leads, lifts and T&P etc. for proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & Laying Sand in Foundation including cost of material labour and T&P etc. with all proper completion of job.As per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying A40 M10 cement concrete by mechanical mixing and mechanical vibrating with cement consumption of 4.30 bags per cum. Including cost of all material labour and T&P etc. with all proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying R.C.C. A-20, M-25, by Mechanical mixing and mechanical vibration cement consumption of 7.90 bags per cum including cost of material labour and T&P etc. all leads and lifts complete.

Providing and fixing Centering and shuttering for R.C.C. work including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc.with all proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying steel reinforcement including cost of steel, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding with G.I. wire & welding etc. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. with all proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.R.Stone Masonary in 1:4 Cement Mortar with cement sand & Khanda including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. with all proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick Work in 1:5 Cement mortar including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. with all proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick Cement Plaster in 1:4 Cement Mortar including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. with all proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of 8 to 10mm thick ivory or light shade vitrified tiles of 600mm x 600mm size in flooring or skirting laid with 1:3 cement mortar (1 cment 3 Coarse sand) finishing with vement sturry & with pigment grouting & Polishing complete I/C S/O all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work excluding base.

Supply and fixing 6mm (1/4") china white glazed tiles in flooring or in skirting or dado laid with ratio 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete including supply of all mateial labour and tool sand plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

Finishing wall putty with manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material T&P etc.

Painting two coat emulsion exterior and interior paint with one coat wall primer including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. with all proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coat enamel new surface with one coat Primer including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. with all proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing M.S.Railing for Stairs Case with cutting, welding, fixing etc. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. with all proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. steel Door & window with chokhat.including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. with all proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm thick Flush Door Shutter with all fiting etc. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. with all proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Window Sutter including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. with all proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
