Providing and fixing flush door shutters, decorative type, core of black board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched 1st class teak ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters a)40 mm thick including anodised aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing 38 mm thick wire gauge shutters using galvanized mild steel wire gauge of IS gauge designation 140G with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including anodized aluminum butt hinges with necessary screws. a)Best available local wood class B-I.

Providing and Fixing factory made PVC door frame made of PVC extruded sections of size 75 mm x 53 mm, having wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm). Both verticalssides of the frame reinforced with PVC profile of cross section size 28 mm x 30 mm x 2 mm thickness (± 0.2 mm) and 75 mm x 200 mm long, including reinforcing both ends of the top frame with PVC profile. PVC Door Frame and PVC reinforcement profile to be mitred cut, jointed and fusion welded together, including providing and fixing 3 nos of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required nos & sizes of anchor dash fastener, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of engineerin- charge.

Providing and fixing 37 mm thick factory made PVC door shutter, styles and rails made of PVC hollow section of size 100 mm x 37 mm with wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt bead on one side, styles and rails mitered cut and joint at the corners by means of 2 nos of plastic brackets of size 75 mm x 220 mm at each corner and stainless steel screws, reinforcing the hinge side of style by inserting PVC profile of size 28 mm x 30 mm, with wall thickness 2 mm ( ± 0.2 mm). Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to bespecified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar1:3 (1cement:3coarsesand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

White glazed tiles 5mm.thick in flooring, skirting, risers of step and dado in 12 mm thick cement plaster 1 : 3(1 cement: 3 coarse sand) painted with white cement slurry.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick.

Providing and fixing Durashine zinc-Aluminium alloy coated (TATA Bluescope building product) sheet ridges fixed with necessary fasteners and lapping method as described by the manufacturer inclusive of cutting hoisting and fixing complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses. Details of cost for 11.75m Laying and fixing 4 lenths of 3.05m each require Overall length of 4 x 3.05 plus 3% wastages = 12.566m After laping as per manufacturer's specification, effective Measurable length will be (4 x 3.05) - (3 x 0.15) = 11.75m

Providing and fixing 4.0 mm thick asbestors plain sheet ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc.complete (frame work for base to be paid separately).

Roofing work

12 mm cement plaster 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) .

Miscelleanous work

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm bed of stone ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finsihing the top smooth.
