PROVN OF CONSTRUCTION OF INTERNAL ROADS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS UNDER AGE I NIMU

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means in all kind of soil (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in charge

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting by power roller exc 8 tonne and not exc. 12 tonne roller

M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade III as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness ) WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm thick each, Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

M&L for Preparing surface of WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or with compressor air blower to remove all loose dust and dirt etc and applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on WMM surface as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Premixed bituminious macadam (BM) with using 4% binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen grade VG-10 laid with self propelling mechanical paver rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber with roller of 8 to 12 ton complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge (consolidated thickness 75 mm).

M&L for Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or with compressor air blower to remove all loose dust and dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm with using mechanical sprayer.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 40mm thick (Consolidated thickness) Bituminous premix Semi Dence Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-10 by weight to total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver, well rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to reqd gradient and camber all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.
