Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Chajja

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Weather shade, Chajjas, corbels etc., including edges

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing exclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. TMT Fe 500 (only valid for SAIL & TATA STEEL)

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) -with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty as per building direction of E/I.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty as per building direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compound including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastrered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper applying putty wherever required scaffolding washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over new wooden surface including cleaning the surface after removing dirt including scales, smokes, grease and sand preparing, including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Dismantling old plaster and plointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Taking down old door and window shutters including stacking serviceable materials within 15M,. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Taking down chaukhats in doors including stacking serviceable materials within 15M,. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Taking down R.W.D. Pipe carefully stacking on the ground and refixing the same in proper place after cleaning at throughly all complete as per direction of E/I.

Water proofing for old and New Roof slab:- Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory………………E/I.

Covering of treated surface with PCC:- Providing 25mm thick Cement concrete M-20 (1:1.5:3) maintaing slope in alternate 2 Mtr. X 2Mtr. Panels with approved quality of stone chips of 20mm to 6mm Size graded and cleaned sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening................E/I.

Providing and filling of 6mm thick Groove between 25mm PCC panels with Polysuplhide sealant (Poring Grade) as per drawing and techinical speicifcation and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system of approved make and manufactures for various roof locations as per approved drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members with, self aligning and self centering arragement support plates asper ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides watertight roof to roof/roof to corner joint cover expansion control system that is capable of accommodating multidirectional seismic movement without stress to its components. System shall consist of metal profile that incorporates a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and roof treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Solid door/ window/ceosetory windows and other frames/choukhats/comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K Value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood poweder/rice husk/ wheat rusk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with milter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screws with full body threaded star headed SS Screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/Cum, Screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (face) & 1100N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardent and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fastener of required dia and length complete as per direction of engineer and incharge (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)
