Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled mld steel roof trusses ( framed) trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing ( Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distace pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe 410-W ( Gde E-250 Quality A)complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete( Unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof surfaces / window chajjas finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound (@ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only Integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of Cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of Acrylic Exterior Weather Resistant paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion, girth of the tree not exceeding 30 cm produting over ground/ building/wall/roof/chajjas/stack pipes etc. digging out roots, and applying root killer chemical as approved and as per manufacturer's instruction, filling holes with cement mortar 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 and removing unserviceable materials from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L prepaetion of old plastered and cracked surfaces of external walls and applying two coats of non dilutable Dr. Fixit Raincoat over a coat of Dr. Fixit primeseal primer having DFT of 110 micron and elongation of > 200% on external surfaces as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing and applying double layer with chowgule Koster dachflex super crack sealer for repairing the cracks of external walls complete all as specified and as directed.Make : Chowgule Koster (I) construction chemicals Pvt Ltd.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the concrete roof surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish not exceeding 100 mtr distance from starting point. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water ptoofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm for laying APP membrane. (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above over by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing from trenches / wall including all fittings segregated, cleaning and stacking the pipe for reuse at site if required complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earthwork if any shall be included in the quoted rate

S&F GI tubing15 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only old serviceable 15 mm bore Steel tubing and connections as obtained from taking up/down old steel tubing including provision of new fittings in new or old position to walls,ceiling, flooring etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI tubing from trenches / wall including all fittings segregated, cleaning and stacking the pipe for reuse at site if required complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earthwork if any shall be included in the quoted rate

S & F GI tubing 20mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only old serviceable 20 mm bore Steel tubing and connections as obtained from taking up/down old steel tubing including provision of new fittings in new or old position to walls,ceiling, flooring etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20mm dia ball brass valves high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 litre capacity of triple layered layer wall construction (Cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule ncluding dismantling of old tank of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside ( or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exceeeding 250 litre and not exceeding 500 litre complete all as specified and directed.
