Supply and fixing of MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volts of capacity 100 Amps, breaking capacity not less than 25 KA, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting, Ics=100% Icu conforming to IEC-947, IS-13947 including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F sheet metal enclosures made of CRCA mild steel sheet, IP-43 protection powder coated vertical DB TPN 4 way, 415V, Dust and vermin proof with Provn of FP MCCB 160A as incomer and SP MCBs as outgoing and blanking plate as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles/ along wall and testing including PVC conduit heavy duty (ISI marked) LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminum conductor having cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.50 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified

S&F MCB TPN 4 way, 100A, 415 V outgoing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Material and labor for 10 sqmm single core sub main 3 phase wiring (4 Run) FRLSH PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor through and including PVC casing caping suitable size as per wiring norms (Heavy duty, ISI marked) on indepent circuit from TPN DB including two run of 6 sqmm single core FRLSH PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor as earth wire connected to earth dolly including all fitting arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground, vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt and connected to GI Strip of size 25X4 mm by means of GI bolts, nuts washers & check nuts electrode connected to main switch board or main control board or on poles or on transformer and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for wateringm,40 mm bore GI pipe for protection of GI strip upto test point including providing funnel and wire mesh GI frame and 10 cm thick suitably reinforced RCC pit cover PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates complete including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in plate No 3 of SRR-1991 Part-1, PCC pit shall be provided at least 50cm away from the earth pit and not just on earth pit. Note: - Rate quoted deemed to be included excavation by compressor machine for soft disintegrated rock to required depth.
