Dismantling of HT unserviceable pre-stressed concrete poles of any size and shape including taking out of embedded portion of poles from concrete after necessary demolition of concrete foundation and disposal of the same all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation & earthwork, etc. shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule)

S&F Prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation & earthwork, cement concrete, etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant Items of this Schedule)

Refixing only serviceable prestressed concretepole, 11.0 metres long as obtained from Item No 1.00 above including shifting the same not exceeding more than 3.0km complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle sections etc. complete and serviceable materials keep In safe custody for re-use and unserviceable removing from the site(s) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

Fixing only serviceable Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates etc. as obtained from Item No 4.00 above including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type, any size from HT poles and serviceable insulator keep in safe custody for re-use and unserviceable insulators removing from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only serviceable pin type insulator as obtained from Item No 7.00 above complete all as specified and directed

S & F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, Single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only serviceable Disc type insulator as obtained from Item No 7.00 above complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of HT stay assembly of any discription and removed from the site(s) complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L stay assembly complete with all accessories such as mild steel galvanized flat iron stay clamp, 7/4 mild steel galvanized stay wire, mild steel galvanized stay bow, thimbles, 20mm dia mild steel galvanized stay rod and mild steel galvanized stay-plate all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation, earthwork, cement concrete work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items of this schedule)

M & L for Galvanised stay strand, size 7/4mm including dismantling unserviceable stay wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling earth wire, guarding cradle or disturbed span serviceable materials keep in safe custody for re-use and removing unserviceable materials from the Site(s) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanised steel continuous earth wire 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only serviceable Cradles, made of galvanised steel wire of any size as obtained from Item No. 15.00 above complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors from poles of any size & capacity and serviceable materials keep in safe custody for re-use and unserviceable materials removing from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size as approved on HT/LT Poles including straining, binding to insulators with copper binding wire with connectors, etc, providing PVC sleeves for jumpers as in OH conductors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing and tightening of serviceable ACSR conductor for overhead lines of any size on LT poles including provisioning of necessary copper binding wire, connectors, PVC sleeves for jumpers etc as obtained from Item No 19.00 above complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of HT Lightning Arresters any type/size of any capacity with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing and connection of lightning arresters non linear resistor type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 10 Kilo Amp of rating 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, stays or for laying of cables etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and exc. 1.5 m but not exc. 3m in depth for foundation of poles, stays or for laying of cables etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of poles, stays, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for base foundation of poles, stay assembly, struts etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 mtr deep below normal ground level connected with and including galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts bolts and washers of galvanized iron protected by 15mm dia (medium grade) GI tubing, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore GI tubing (light grade) watering pipe , including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab of size 350x350x50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c in both ways and 10mm dia MS handle (01 No) of suitable size, charcoal and salt in alternate layers necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electric plate No. 3 of SSR part-I and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25m deep bellow ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5m deep below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of 32 x 6mm earth lead by means of bolt, nuts, washers of galvanised steel earth strip protected by and including GI pipe 40mm dia bore (light grade) and conncted to main test point as directed and including concrete pit in PCC(1:3:6)type C-1 precast RCC(1:1.5:3)type A-1 cover slab 54 x 5 cm reinforced with 4mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab funnel wire mens 20mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal and salt in altemate layers, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown on electrical plate No3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified.

S&Fdrop out expulsion fuse assembly single pole 25 to 50 Amp Capacity, 11000 volts grade after taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/ horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for switches air break, gang operated, triple pole, 11000 Volts grade and current rating upto 200 Amps, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable HT cables including protection pipes/ bricks or precast concrete cable cover etc of any description from trenches/ poles/ transformers of any size and unserviceable materials removing from site all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of this schedule)

Supply, Laying, Jointing, commisssioning & testing HT UG cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core, 11000 Volts , aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, earthed, screened, PVC bedded, armoured heavy huty electric cable conforming to IS-7098 (part-II) 1985 with latest amendments drawn through pipe or laid in trenches, fixed on poles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover cases HV, Type - 1 flat size 300mm X 180mm X 40mm thick, concrete grade M-20 minimum complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches with clean dry tibba sand for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm dia GI pipe ‘light grade’ with all fittings for protection of cable laid on road crossing, drain crossing, laid in floor or fixed to iron structures/ poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install test and commissioning of factory made powder coated cubicle panel board of size 0.90 mtr x 0.60 mtr x 0.60 mtr 3 phase and wire out door type front and rear door made out out on 3.15 mm sheet PGI sheet, including 200 Amps capacity Copper Busbar for junction box of HT connection and mounted and MS angle iron frame of size 50 x50 x 6mm grounded in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 above ground level complete all as specified and direted.
