REPAIR INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PLUMBING AND MISC BR WORK IN RLT GM VIHAR UNDER GE NORTH AKHNOOR

Taking down old treatment including padding, removing existing bitumen felt treatment including brushing, cleaning top surface of roof slab, brooming etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface fair and even of roof slab (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet as under :- (a) Ist Course : Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384@ 0.40 Kg /Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and after drying of primer, apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm on plastered surfaces. (b) 2nd Course : APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane, 5 layered, 3 mm thick weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap, membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat, all joints and changes in direction should be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @200ml/bag of cement and curved before laying of membrane. (c) 3rd Course : Apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm over membrance and dusted with dry sand @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/sqm dusted over bitumen coat.

Note : (i) Roof treatment work shall be carried out through approved manufacturers only. (ii) If Non-accesible roof : After providing (a) to (c) provide aluminium paint as per manufacturer instructions. (iii) Covered fillet in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of required radius shall be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall/mumty around opening and treatment mentioned above shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar(1:6).

Sunken Floor treatment :- Providing and laying of water proofing treatment to sunken portion by applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound of make as approved including demolition and filling of sunken floor. (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement Q 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.125 Kg/ Sqm his layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. Note :-Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP comounds as manufacturers instructions before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab shall be tested with water for 48 hrs for any leakage/dampeness is seen in ceiling below, then treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested

Fixing 10mm dia PVC nozzles and injection grouting using heavy duty cementious waterproofing coating as in roof slab all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note : Nos and loc shall be as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including screed bed 10mm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any description exc 500 litres but n.exc 1000 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

M & L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from 500 ltrs water tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc including taking down/dismantling existing water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc including taking down/dismantling existing water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1: 2 : 4 type B-1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone agg.) 40mm thick as in floor finishing surfaces of conc topping even and smooth without using extra cement and base of water storage tanks,including necessary form work for rough finished surfaces etc.

S&F mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of bricks work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing plaster complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing plaster complete all as specified.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of existing brick work or stone/boulder built in time mortar or cement mortar including all coins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of bricks work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipe , soil and waste pipe (any size or pattern ), including all fittings, heads , shoes bends , swan-necks etc . All as specified.
