Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m in depth but n. exc 3m depth in hard/dense soil for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in hard/dense soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material (any type of soil) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path finish the top surfaces even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding/path laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and fair complete including filling the joints with mastic compound all as specified and directed

M&L for Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, edging including necessary form work complete all as specified

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed
