Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan 6m mean radius built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as directed , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Rate for form work if reqd to be incl in the rate quaoted by the contractor.

Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of patches at colms,chajjas,canopy and soffits, roof projections, ceiling facia etc using GI chikrn mess of size 0.25mm thick and 20 mm aperature fixed with nails including necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at site average 15mm thick in cm 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 furnished even& smooth including applying two coats of weather proof emultion paint incl making of drip course as reqd complete incl roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Rate for form work if reqd to be incl in the rate quaoted by the contractor.

Material and labour Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pillasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke dust, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and removing oily and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of acrylic exterior emulsion paint as approved of any shade/colour in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Surface to be made even and smooth by filling the depression if any.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement, including taking down existing plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pillasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke dust, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and removing oily and greasy spots etc applying two coats of oil bound distemper on old surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Surface to be made even and smooth by filling the depression if any.

Applying 3mm thick white putty on wall surfaces and rubbing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description and in any situation over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synathetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description and in any situation over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synathetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills,steps,plinth courses,coping etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded agg as in plinth protection, flooring and sub base etc including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation board/slab/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Position suspended false ceiling system using T-grid suspended ceiling grid system. The size of grid shall be 600 x 600mm with GI frame work main runner 38 x 24mm x 3600 mm, cross tee 25 x 24 x 600mm / 25 x 24 x 1200mm and wall angle 24 x 24 x 2540mm ( thickness of the material of 0.30 mm), using 9mm thick ceiling panel laminated with PVC film on front face and foil back available in due drop texture as per IS-2095, part-I-1996, fixed in the grid of T-grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dig GI bar hanger from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing solid PVC wall lining consissting of 5 mm thick single side prelem PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafters, purlins where connected to commen rafters and running rails fixed with angle cleat or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings xclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling any typie of sheeting in roof covering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws/J or L hooks incl bitumen washer wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, walls etc fixed with L- type or J- type or cranked hook complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing old asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, walls etc fixed with L- type or J- type or cranked hook complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6 mm thick fixed with L- type or J- type or cranked hook complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick Machine pressed coloured (except grey and white) precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and sizs as directed, confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as in floor etc. set and jointed with gray cement and no pigment complete including dismantling existing tilescomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old factory made precast cement concrete interlocking tiles of any thickness and size and refixing in the same position in true level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for designer coloured (rubberized) paver tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick or equivalent size as in machine pressed set, jointed in neat cement slurry over and including sereed bed 20 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete incl dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for filleting in any position and to any shape in PCC (1:2:4) including all mitres, stops, etc exc 25 but n exc 50 Sq cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
