Amount

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose or disintegrated soil complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge .Note; Most of the Excavation will be done manually and no extra cost will be paid to contractor seperately for manual excavation. If any UG Cables, Pipes are damaged during excavation,entire cost for restoration will be borne by the contractor

All as per item no 1 above but depth exc 1.5 m but not exc 3.00 m complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation of manholes, drains, posts etc complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size bricks strainght or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1 : 4 including demolition complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including water proofing compound complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured separately under appropriate items.

Note :- This item will be measured if length exceed from 20.00mtr.)

Cleaning of Sewage line 0.00mtr to 50.00mtr and exceeding in length in the area of Old/New APS, Signal enclave, Sanjay Vihar and adjoining area as (Md accn and all types of Accn) including removal of all waste etc obtained during cleaning of sewage line within 500 m range complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge (Note :- This item will be measured if length exceed from 30.00mtr.) Note :- For execution of item srl No 16 to 24 above agency should deploy minimum of 04 Nos of Safaiwala and 01 No supervisior on all days of the month/year during the contract period including Sunday and Holidays so as to complaints are attended promptly within 04 hours so that health and life of troops and their families may not be adversly affected. The Delay in rectification of complaint more than four hours, the penality will be levied @ Rs.100.00 Per complaint.

Note : For pipes fixed on walls to be suitably clamped using stack clamps to maintain 10 to 15 cm distance from the wall (rates inclusive in this item) of appropriate size @ 2 m apart for height of pipe) and all the necessary scaffolding, padding, trestles required for carrying out work should be borne by the contractor in this item only and nothing extra should be paid to contractor for height of building upto G+5.

The machine shall be used by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge as on required basis. Job shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of GE.( For ,Sanjay vihar ,Old / New APS Signal encalve and adjoining area ) Note: Rates quoted cleaned for 08 hrs of super sucker machine. Any work carried out throughout 08 hrs shall be measured as on Job.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from external surfaces of wall by mechanised sander of Asian paints truecare wall sander or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer in charge and two coats of weather proofing exterior emulsion paint as per approved make list in Particular Specification, incl one coat of primer up to 4 story bldg complete all as specified and all as directed. Note:- rate quoted up to G+3 bldg including scaffolding.

Note:- Rate quoted up to G+3 bldg including scaffolding. Note for item No 38, 39 & 41 (above all three):- 1. Stage for preparation of surfaces shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes. 2. M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth by applying sand paper etc.for proper preparation and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified and directed. M & L for removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphosphate solution (4 % concentration) @ 20 ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30 mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25 ml glyphosphate (4% conc) diluted with 1 ltr of water. The size of block shall be of 2 Qtrs on each floor and vary in number of floors. All roots of plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Checking electrical points for continuous electric supply system and replacement of unserviceable spares for all electrical fixtures, ceiling/exhaust fans of any size and capacity and carrying out minor repairs, fixing screws, tightening of loose wires, any type renewal of small pieces of electric wire upto 1.00 mtr length and maintenance work complete on all working days including holidays all as directed by Engr-in-charge at Arjan Vihar and adjoining area.

Attending to complaint of unsv switch ,socket ,fan regulator and making of light / power point in casing caping upto 2 mtr of length and maintenance work complete on all working days including holidays all as directed by Engr-in-charge at Arjan Vihar and adjoining area.

Attending to Geyser complaints at site including checking and rectification of any electric fault/ water leakage and making good in all respects including minor repairs, replacement of unserviceable spares, burnt copper wire connections wherever required and repairing any type of switch, socket, plug top etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Item No. 50 to 52 fixtures / fittings shall be paid under relevant item against supply only. (b) Contractors are advised to visit the sites before quoting their rates. (c) Materials for minor and maintenance repair works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be supplied by the contractor within one week from the date of issue of work order. (e) Contractor shall provide and deploy adequate experienced professional to carry out day to day complaints and must deploy 01 electrician and 01 helper at Arjan Vihar Complaint cell from 0900Hrs to 1700 Hrs from Monday to Sunday. Electrician and helper shall report to complaint cell at 0900 hrs daily and get the job card for carry out the work and same will be retrun to concered JE at 1700 hrs as token of completion of job. In case of any breakdown/ emergency, contractor shall make arrangement to attend and rectify the complaints in odd hours on sunday/ holiday also. The rates quoted in sch 'A' respective items shall be deemed to be included and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Note: whatever be the nature of electrcal complaint the wholesole rectification responsibilty lies with the contractor. (f) Contractor shall be penalised @ Rs. 100/- per complaint per day, if he fails to attend the complaint within 4 hours. (g) All ser numbered complaint docket will be provided by contractor and amount of docket included in this. (h) Daily attendance register will be maintained by conserned JE and if any electrician/ helper found absent on any working day then penalty @Rs 1000/- per day per workman will be recoverd from the contractor.
