M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc400 sqm and deep of exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm for removing n exc 50 metres and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L repair to potholes of depth of potholes exc 30 mm and not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen (VG-30) 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) using 8-12 tonne power road roller laid in required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat @ 5kg per 10sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet,4cm consolidated thickness,with 0.54 cu.m. of stone chippings mixed with 29.2 kg of binder (using paving bitumen VG-30),laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

M&L preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat @ 10kg per 10sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L premix bituminous,macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG-30) as binder content complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:-(a) Preparation of surface and priming/tack coat shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Seal coat or wearing coat shall be measured and paid separately. (c) The unit rates are worked out on the basis of binder content of 4% by weight of total mix. Any deduction in binder content used,financial effect shall be adjusted proportionately as per instruction given in SSR Part-II.Any deduction shall be determined through BOO by GE.Variation on plus side shall not be paid extra to contractor.

M & L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of limestone,sand stone,flint or quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power mechanical roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of limestone,sand stone,flint or quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power mechanical roller "except materials "complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 300mm bore of Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2 ,1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B2 ,1:3:6(using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement plaster 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material(Soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour upto 10cm width in edges of road with 2.75mm or more thickness ,applied using mechanically propelled vehicle consisting heated hopper mounted on a pram, which feeds hot molten thermoplastic under gravity to a rectangular screed with a gate at the base whose opening is set to produce the thickness complete all as directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75mm Cement concrete typeD-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate)as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing, cement concrete 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) type C-1 in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates,water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate)in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.Note:Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete shall be considered in measurements during payments).

M&L Liquid seal coat, applying evenly binder of paving bitumen VG-30 @ 9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinding with 6.3mm size stone chippings @ 0.09 cum per l0 sqm and rolled to a uniform smooth surface and rolled to a uniform smooth surface using 8 to 12 tonne power mechanical roller complete all as specified and directed.
