Demolition of cement concrete un -reinforced in ground floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:7:12 mix, type E-2 (using 40mm graded Brick aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for carrying out water proofing treatment of sunken floor complete all as under:(i) The concrete/wall surface shall be cleared thoroughly of all laitance,loose particles,dust,grease etc and any friable and unsound area which shall be chipped,cleaned and thereafter pre-wetted to a satured surface dried condition. (ii) In case of pot holes/superficial cracks,the same shall be repaired with polymer modified mortar using URP as admixture @ 10% of cement content. (iii) The polymer modified mortar using URP as admixture @10% of cement content shall also be applied on vertical surfaces after removing of plaster upto 60 cm height.(iv) The surface thus prepared shall be coated by applying 2 coats of Dr Fixit Hydrochem super in the sunken areas and extending it upto 150 mm above the finished floor level.This includes layer of a 150 mm wide strip of an open woven glass fiber mesh over the PCC benching (Gole) on the 1st coat whille it is still wet.(v) Rendering 15 mm in CM 1:4 admixed with integral water proofing compound 1 W+ @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 50 mm dia GI pipe light grade spouts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including Cement mortar (bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises

Material & labour for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 400mm x 400mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of Each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and incl 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed bed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Glazed ceramic coloured printed/digital tiles area of Each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, on vertical surface such as skirting , dado etc. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles(light shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, size of each 600mm X 600mm, in floors etc. set and jointed inneat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, joined in cement slurry over and incl 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed bed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for Baroda green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, windowcills, laid over 15 mm in cement mortar (1.4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish complete to be fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing vitreous china premium/1st quality wash basin white/ivory/off white, flat back, size 500mmx400 mm including pedestal, screws & plug and brackets etc. all accessories as recommended by manufacturer incl. CP bottle trap 32 mm with inlet and outlet screwed for pipe or connections incl all necessary accessories for fixing, packing, union and incl 32mm brass CP waste coupling and completein all respect as per manufacturer's instructions and taking down existing of any description/size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing vitreous china premium/1st quality wash down water closet pan floor mounting (pedestal pattern/EWC) S/P trap white/ivory including connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonagee pipe,etc.,with flush pipe CP 32mm dia and incl. plastic seat cover as recommended by manufacturer closed pattern with flat bottom etc; and incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/gel gasket etc as recommended by manufacturer for fixing, packing and including supply and fix of PVC long arm S/P trap so that joint is avoided inside the building as well as in wall and outlet straight away come out of wall in all floors except G.F.and taking down existing of any description/size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
