Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/terrezzo cast in situ of any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Light shade virtified tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour incl 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor/roof finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 42.00 here-in-above but in skirting with 10 mm thick backing coat in CM ( 1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut prepolished kota stone flooring slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Lacquer coated Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement & pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors cement laid over and including screed bed/ bedding layer of 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully old aluminium anodised door frame/door shutter fixed type window complete and refixing it after repairing of door frame/door shutter, pintal hinges including removing and refixing of door closer incl all hinges and all fittings, glass, ACP sheet, pre laminated particle board complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs CP tubular towel rail 600 mm long with and including chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified& as directed.

Boulders should not exc 25% of total qty of plum concrete.(Note : Stone/boulders are measured & paid separately)
