Providing and fixing of pre-fabricated GI Spiral duct / plenum of the following sheet thickness and suitable sizes as required along with necessary supports down rods, anchor fasteners, hardware, i/c Transportation, shifiting, lifting, handling etc as required. Note :- (1)All ducts are to be installed in the 4th Floor and to be shifted thru staircase only (2) The installation work needs to be carried out in the working switch room and hence utmost care and precaution shall be taken in handling tools, dust and debris during drilling, wall opening etc (3) Proper protecting /covering for Telecom Equipment racks shall be arranged and coordinated with the exchange incharge during execution of the entire work with prior intimation and perrmission of Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing of Thermal insulation of ducts with Class "O" closed cell, elastomeric, nitrile rubber, dust free, fibre free, and CFC free insulation. Thermal insulation 9 MM Nitrile

Supplying and fixing of canvas connection made of fire proof material, with opening for inspection, suitable for the existing 7TR SIDWAL / EMERSON Make HPAC unit upto 0.8 Sqmtr approx with 20 mm wide (24 Guage) metal flange all around at both ends of the canvas connection etc., as required.

Providing and fixing powder coated supply air grills made of extruded Aluminium construction without volume control dampers in the supply air system as required

Supply and fixing oval damper made of MS, for the new spiral branch ducts i/c poroper support, fixing hardware, Air leak gasket etc as required

Dismantling and Removing of unwanted ducts, MS angle / MS Channel, MS Plat form and Aluminium partitions enabling space for running the new oval ducts in the switch room / existing PAC plant room i/c shifiting the dismantled materials in the same floor as per Instruction of engineer in charge etc as reqd.

Dismantling and shifting of LT Panel from TE HRD 4th Floor old GSM AC plant to ARD ZTE 4 th floor AC plant i/c disconnecting existing cables, shifting the panel to ground floor through steps only and transporting the same, loading and unloading, shifting the same to 4th floor ZTE VAS at TE ARD etc complete as requried. (PANEL SIZE -1650 mm X 1500mm X 300 mm)

ITC of panel as per item 7 at 4th floor of ARD TE i/c grouting, checking the busbar, intrenal wiring, tightening of bolts / connectins, replacing any faulty /wornout wiring, earthing the panel etc as required

Supply and fixing of Ladder type GI Cable Tray of following size i/c cutting drilling bolt nut etc as required

Dismantling and Removing of 7TR HPAC EMERSON Make AC unit indoor at ZTE AC Plant i/c Electrcal power cable / control cable, refrigerant piping, earth wire, canvas connectiong ,power VCD as required

Shifting of dismantled 7TR HPAC Emerson Make i/c Indoor unit, Power VCD with Motor from same floor ZTE Switch room with skilled man power as required

Installation, testing and commissioning of existing 7 TR precision AC package units including mounting indoor pressure testing, vaccumisation, refrigerant charging, RL32 Compressor oil charging to the required level, replacing the liquid line drier, replacement of faulty ball valves etc as reqd .

Laying of following size recovered refrigerant pipe lines in the existing perforated metallic cable tray i/c cutting, bending, brazing etc as reqd

Hot Gas Line/Liquid Line up to 7/8 Size

Supply and Laying of following size refrigerant pipe lines of size for hot and cold circuits, leak and pressure testing of refrigerant lines, vaccumising, of refrigerant piping arrangement and first charge of refrigerant for the AC system complete as per specification
