Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position from PQC slabs complete or partially complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cutting of slabs shall be smooth upto full depth of slab and not less than 300mm also using of grinder/billets may be reqd at certain locations for partial slab repairing for which rate quoted is included in this item only.

Removing excavated materials rock/ concrete slab exc 1.50 Km but n.exc 5.00 km and deposite where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Dry lean concrete (DLC) M15 of average thickness 150mm, with minimum cement content of 250 kg per cum with using 25mm graded stone aggregate and as per design mix, spread, rolled and cosolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary machenical sensor paver tandem vibratory roller of capacity exeedin 8 tonne but n,exc 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if axcces quantity of cement than the minimum in use/ approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (b):- Minus price adjustment shall be applicable if less quantity of cement than the minimum in use/ approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (c) DLC shall beas per MORTH specificationas detailed in perticular specification.

Supply and laying dry clean sand spreading, leveling in 10mm thick layers, consolidated complete all as specified and as directed Note: Sand for filling shall 1.18mm single size and and sand shall pass 100% through 2.36mm sieve and shall be 100% retain on 600 micron sieve

M & L for Polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness, virgin quality as per ASTM D2103/IS 2508 laid over sand layer with side and end overlapping not less than 150mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Measurement shall be taken for net area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include for over lapping. (b):- Sand layer will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for Pavment Quality cement concrete (PQC) work in pavemnt of flexural strength 44 kg/sqcm (lower control limit-LCL) in field using minimum 400kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix, mixed with and including traingular/ Non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weigth of cement, spread and compacted by using slip form paver, thickness of concrete 200mm to 330mm as per site requirement all as specified including necessary form work, finishing by brooming / belting, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Construction joints / dummy joints (Contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (c):- Minus price adjustment shall be applicable if less quantity of cement than the minimum in use/ approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item.(d) Cost of admixtures . fibers to maintain as required by design mix is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (e) Maximum cement content shall be 425 kg / cum and design mix shall be based on the same.

M&L for synthetic resinboard aluminiged reflective curing compound with the help of use of chemical sprayer as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints, cutting 100mm deep with 3mm width as initial cutting and secondary cutting of 25mm deep from the top and 8mm wide using diamond cutter to accommodate polyethylene backup sheet 12mm thick filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above potythelene sheet shall be of 10mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 141875- 2003 (for hydrolysis/ water resistance test) priming the sites, with minimum MAF + 30% (with years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevant accidantal spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) the make of polyethylene rod shall be DURA RODs manufactured by M/S Supreme Industries Ltd or equivalent of makes listed in E-in-Cs approved list of makes. (b) the polyethylene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22kg/cum and compression strength of 0.40kg/sqm 25% greater than the joint width, of white colour (c) Primer to be used before filling sealant (d) Edge shall be bevelled and jointed cut within 24 hours using diamond bit cutters of Bosch or equivalent used for cutting green concrete.

M&L for forming construction joint, 24mm deep amd 8mm wide (using diamond cutter) and provision of polyethylene backup sheet 12mm thick filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above potythelene sheet shall be of 10mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 141875- 2003 (for hydrolysis/ water resistance test) priming the sites, with minimum MAF + 30% (with 10 years performance guarantee) and appying masking tape on edges of joint to prevant accidantal spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drowing and complete all as specified and directed. M&L for forming 25mm wide expansion joint to full depth of slabs (330mm) primed and filled with compressible filler board (Make:- filfilex supreme or equivalent from E-in-Cs approved list of makes) and providing a back up rod of 30mm dia shall be sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendation leaving 2-3 mm recess at top complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface excavation in soft/loose soil n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material at a distance exc 1.50Km but n.exc 5Km and depositing where directed at a level of n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
