Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or brocken rubble mixed with earth arround in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surfaces etc complete all as specified

Demolition of stone / boulder, brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as specified.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ (Except Bricks) old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick wall in CM (1:4) and pointed flush with the same mortar as the work proceeds complete all as specified.

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks(except bricks), straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick wall in CM (1:4) and pointed flush with the same mortar as the work proceeds complete all as specified.

M&L 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and fair w/o using extra cement in cm1:4.

M&L Preparing of new surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat primer on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not excceding 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) all as specified.

M&L Plain cement concrete ( 1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, benching of manholes laid to shape including necessary form works, complete all as specified.

M & L for 75 mm thick, Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate), etc completed all as specified.

M & L for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate), etc completed all as specified.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick in floors / path set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry using grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line , level and curvature,jointed withcement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) , including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) , including making drainage opening whereever required complete.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved design & pattern as in footpath , parks , lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling joints with sand andcutting of paver block as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved design & pattern as in footpath , parks , lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling joints with sand andcutting of paver block as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Mild steel angle iron conforming to FE-290 Gde E-250 as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all drilling, bolting or rivetting etc. and similar works and embedding in concrete and screwing etc. complete all as specified

Dismantling of wrought iron of mild steel work of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified.

Mild steel framed work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality-A as in grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, walkways, railing, barred iron doors including side hung gates with pintel hinges, spops, hand made sliding bolts, framed work of water tanks, door chowkats and similar works complete all as specified

M & L Mild steel work as in roof trusses including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes coforming to IS 1161-1979 grade st-240 etc including a shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as speciied and directed.

S & F for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors;fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A,etc complete all as spd and directed.

Mild steel bolts (machine made) with screwed on end with hexagonal or square nuts and washer other end 8-10 mm dia of neck and exc 5 cm long but n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link MS hot dipped galvanised coating fencing any size or type as complete all as specified.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including bending spirally , hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire or securing with clips or welded to MS angle conforming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 quality- A etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling of old chain link fencing of any description of weight n exc 4.0 kg/sqm from existing fencing fixed with steel or concrete posts complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rail, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion (posts embedded in concrete, brick work etc.) and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified.

Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings withand provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc IN REPLACEMENT as directed complete all as specified.

Preparing steel and iron surfaces (new) of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs punched tape concertina coil 600 mm coil dia size of any type of standards, rails etc including provision of mild steel (annealed) binding wire complete all as specified and directed & by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance of drain /Nallah by cutting all bushes, shrubs, sarkandas and any type of vegetation and desilting all deposit of soil and other material to have a free flow of water and to get a uniform trapezoidal/ rectangular shape of drain and removing all spoil from MOD area to a distance exc 250m but n exc 500m and deposited in layer n exc 25cm thick , cross sectional area of drain /nallah n exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair 1.8 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent plane sheeting fixed with coach screw and washer in roof/wall/frame etccompleted all as specified.

Dismantling Asbestos cement sheet (corrugated, semi corrugated etc), plain or corrugated steel sheet in roof coverings complete all as specified.

S&F for pre-painted Galvalume aluminium Zinc cooating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polish etc completed all as specified.

M & L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20mm thick for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, etc complete all spd and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors , aprons etc , laid bedded and pointed in any mortar , et complete all as spd and directed

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick over screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in CM 1:6, and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl rubbing & polishing complete.

M&L Kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with ditto as per item 13014 including backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 .
