SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ E/M WORKS]

Supply and install Electrically operated Boom Barrier of length 4 Meters with height of boom approximately at 875 mm from ground, housing dimensions 300 x 325 x 1065 mm with a thickness of 2 mm, boom dimension 90 x 32 mm, IP54 controller protection, rating 230 V (AC), 50/60 HZ, 24 V (DC) motor power supply, 100 W power and opening /closing time of 1 to 2 Secs, 100% intense use duty cycle, 20 degree Celsius to +55 degree Celsius operating temperature, 5 million cycle MCBF, including necessary earth work, foundation / fixing arrangments, including following feature optical beam sensor, access control operation (barrier operated through push botton switch & can also be operated through access control system), high range receiver, high range remote control, push button switch for barrier operation, ABS brake control system, photosensor for human safety, loop detector for detecting presence of vehicle and reverse barrier movement, bar with protective rubber profile,flash lights,Manual operation in case of power failure through barrier locks and all connected accessories provided as per OEM's installation instructions, complete all as specified and as directed

Model: GVB4 or equivalent in TESCON / M/s Gandhi Automations Pvt Ltd as approved by AGE (I) Note : (i)The rate quoted by the tenderer shall include for supply, installations, testing, commissioning of Boom barrier including necessary foundation and making good to disturbed surfaces as per existing and other accessories as per OEM's instructions, cabling of required connection from power point provided by the department and necessary operational training for users/department personnel. (ii) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been required essential for smooth and safe function of the boom barrier shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and install Tyre ripper, 4 meters blocking width, including 150mm heavy duty steel spikes coloured in red & bolted to a solid steel rotating axis, weighting not less than 1.5 tonne, distance between adjacent spikes 100 mm (+/- 10 mm), electromechanical drive unit enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet, automatic operation with "up / down" push-button set, underground solid welded steel frame with drainage outlets, top of casing with Steel cover segments for allowing vehicular movement, top surface plate painted in yellow and black colour, build in safety device including necessary fixing arrangements on existing bituminous/ concrete pavements and making good to the disturbed surfaces as per existing and other connected accesories as per OEM's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Supply and Fix MCB DB 4 way , double door, TPN, 415 volts with 200 Amps bus bar complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix MCB TPN upto 63 Amps, 415 volts with breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix MCB TP 6 to 32 Amps, 415 vols with breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and installation LT Electric control panel, cubical type, for Out door use floor mounted made out of CRCA outer sheet of 3.15 mm thick and inner sheet of 2 mm thick and angle iron legs of size 40mmx40mmx5mm having front and rear open hinged doors with front openable shutters for each MCCB/Timer with spreader compartment with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having insulated bas bar made but of aluminium strips of rating 100 amps for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, voltmeter , Ammeter,CTs and phase indicator complete, duly painted with two coats of stove enameled powder coated paint over as coat of red oxide primer complete and nut,bolt,washers for connection of cable, including necessary PCC work of height 45 cm from ground level and white washing to the platform all as specified and equipped with the following items :- (Loc :Perimeter). Make of MCCB : Legrand, Siemens, Schneider. equivalent in Siemens, Schneider)

Excavation in trenches in Soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables/pole and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay HDPE Pipes PN 10 of 50mm for cable protection,laid complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade with necessary fittings in floor /piller/fixed on pole of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified

M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 20 cm in width not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel, provision of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip upto 7.5 meter long and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) , type C1 chamber, GI funnel, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4, type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre, provision of charcoal and salt, lifting handle, GI funnel, wiremesh, lugs etc.. as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed.
