Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing brick work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as above item No 01 above, but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete of any desription and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggtegate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : Rate for form work if requd to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth, base of flooring 75 mm thick and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Machine pressed coloured precast cement concrete interlocking 60 mm thick paver block any shape and sizs as directed, confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as in floor etc. set and jointed with gray cement and no pigment complete including dismantling existing tiles all as complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 10 above but except tile complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Designer coloured paver tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick or equivalent size as in machine pressed set, jointed in neat cement slurry over and including sereed bed 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete incl dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Filleting in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, etc exc 25 but n exc 50 Sq cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel works of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and well ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in hard / dense soil complete all as specified.and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of mild steel fencing posts and struts in fencing including cutting bending top to shape as directed drilling holes matching for barbed wire, including fillet on back side of fencing post and all necessary drilling work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of Chain link fencing using 4mm dia GI wire 75x75mm mesh (weight not less then 4 Kg/ Sqm) including line wires, any mesh, size & type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire and dismantling of existing chainlink fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of mild steel TMT bars 12 mm dia round cut to length bent to shape for stifners etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of flat iron 40 x 6 including fixing clamps or support to chain link fencing etc,. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10mm dia of shank with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screw end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified.and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings & straining and fixing to any type of post including screwing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples as directed including taking out existing damaged barbed wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old building materials setteled at places behind SMQ, including cleaning the area by manually/mechanically means incl loading/unloading complete etc (other than spoil) to a distance of 5.00 Km complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description and in any situation over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synathetic enamel paint on angle iron fencing post complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
