Facelifting / Maintenance of Delta Hqtrs and Accounts officers Room at FPF Bemina by way of Painting / Distempering / Landscaping / Furniture Furnishing etc Including installation of ACs in Meeting Hall

Providing and fixing decorative PVC wall panelling of approved make, colour and texture, comprising interlocking tongue-and-groove PVC panels of approved profile and thickness, fixed over 10 mm thick BWP/BWR grade plywood backing securely anchored to the wall with suitable treated wooden battens or GI framework wherever required. The work shall include screws, fasteners, adhesive, edge trims, corner mouldings, joint finishing, cutting, fitting around openings, and all accessories required for a neat and finished appearance, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm thick

Distempering with 1st quality Acrylic/oil bound washable distemper (ready-made) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturers’ specifications, one or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) incl. carriages of all materials involved complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.
