Providing and laying Dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type 120TPH HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.(Gr-2) (Rates including VG 30)

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.as per MoRTH specification clause No. 503 (Rate including bitumen VG-10)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per specification clause no. 602.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. as per specification clause no. 2100

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. (Repeated / Tranvers bar) Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5.00 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Road Delinator Delineator: Supply & Fixing of M S Delineator made of Mild steel with pure polyester powder coating with the minimum thickness of powder coating of not less than 40 micron for protection against corrosion. The surface should be conceated so that there should not be any exposed surface without powder coating. Alternatively, these metal guide poles can be concealed with thermoplastic body. The posts shall have Ian ellipsoidal or circular design with the height of the pole shall be 800 to 900 mm above the ground with about 200 to 300 mm base which can be anchored onto the ground. Mild steeI Guide Poles shall conform to Type XI sheeting specifications as per IRC:67 and ASTM D4956 which would ensure to obtainI clear visibility of the road alignment during night time. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for A certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory / Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer / Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 & Proof of the same Report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

6 m Span Cantilever Structure with 300 dia M S one vertical post Supply fixing and Erection of built-up cantilever structure of 6.00m span comprising of one vertical post of 6.00m high made up of 300mm NB heavy class M.S. pipe as vertical member welded with 10mm MS plate at top and 12mm MS plate at bottom. The horizontal truss shall comprise of 50mm dia heavy class MS pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing and 10mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design and drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC foundation of 900X900 mm of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including earth work in excavation ,100mm thick lean concrete in 1:4:8 cement and coarse sand and 40mm gauge stone ballast RCC with hand mixing in 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including cost of reinforcement ,shuttering and cantering complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing & fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm bothside aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with High Intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm. Legends, letters ,numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 .The sheeting shall have a pressure-sensitive adhesive of the aggressive- tack type requiring no heat , solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials)shall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle with riveting.Micro prismatic type IV Retroreflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be Pressure fixed. Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/ Road Stud) Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM/ Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Imoact Polystyrene) or Acryloniitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280.The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses contatning singleor dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face.Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTMD788 of equivalent.The slop or retro-reflecting surfaceshallpreferablybe35+/-5degreetobase and the area of each retro-reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00s q.cm. the marker height shall notb eless than 10mm and shallnotexceed 20mm &Width shall not exceed 130mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legiblymarked with the name, tradeor other meansof identification of the manufacture. epoxy installations ,excess adhesive around the edge of the marker,excess adhesive on the pavement andadhesiveonthe exposedsurfacesof themarkersshall be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel , to the Engineer . In addition , a two year warranty for satisfactory in field performance of the finished roadmarkershallalsobegivenby thecontractor whocarriesout theworkof fixingof reflectiveroadmarkers. Incasethemarkersare displaced , damaged , getwornout or lose their reflectivitycompared tostipulatedstandards , the contractorwouldbe required to replaceall suchmarkers within15 daysof the intimation from the Engineer ,athisowncost.Therateshall includeallmaterials, labour,T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
