Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of the joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-incharge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Centring and shuttering including struting, propping etc. and removal of forms for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Spreading of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth in required thickness as per directions of officer in-charge

Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering & maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing including supplying of good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid separately.) In rows 5 cm apart in either direction
