Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The rates quoted by the bidder shall be exclusive of GST only.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The intending Bidder shall have successfully carried out similar work (Repair/Replacement/Supply & Erection of Sluice Gates/Dam gates/Irrigation Gates) in any Central or State Govt. or PSUs or any reputed private organizations. In this regard, the intending bidder shall have successfully carried out the said work as Prime Contractor in a single Work done of value not less than Rs.5.87 Lakhs in Central or State Govt. or PSUs or any reputed private organizations in last preceding five financial years (Financial Year 2021-22 to 2025-26) and shall furnish copy of the related Work order and Work done certificate issued by the competent authority as documentary evidence. Cost of completed works of previous years will be given 10 percent of simple weightage per year to bring them to current year price level.

Financial Status

The intending bidder in his name shall have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual turnover of Rs.11.73 Lakhs in the last preceding five years (i.e. Financial Year 2021-22 to 2025-26) and furnish annual turnover certificate and Profit & Loss statements duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. Financial Turnover of previous years will be given 10 percent of simple weightage per year to bring them to current year price level.
